Tour guides make ALL the difference! - My husband and I had the best tour experience possible primarily because of our guide, Ashton. Given that we had a mere six hours in Singapore after departing our cruise ship and before our flight, we scheduled a 1/2 day private customized tour of Singapore. Ashton not only provided great suggestions, he tailored our tour to fit my husband’s mobility challenges. Our tour with Ashton has served to heighten my enthusiasm and determination to return to Singapore with my girl travel group very soon. Ashton is a wonderful ambassador for Singapore and will make your experience memorable. I highly recommend this tour!

Friday Night in Singapore - Unfortunately we only had a quick 24 hour stay in Singapore and our driver, Jeswant made sure we saw the best of Singapore without needing to stand in lines and traffic the Friday night before Christmas. We cruised from one location to the next in ease. If you are flexible so is he. We ended the night with amazing food in Little India. Communication from Nana, before, durning and after was was informative and quick.

Wonderful Private Singapore Tour - Our tour guide, Ashton, arrived early to our hotel at 8:45AM, for our 8:45 to 9AM pickup time. He had a lovely car and a great knowledge of Singapore's history which he shared with us. He took us to the a range of the best attractions and even parked the car and walked with us to them, explaining all the time. A lovely and professional man who gave us a really great experience. We would have extended to 6 hours but alas our flight did not allow for us to do that. Four hours is not enough time to see the best things that Singapore has to offer.

Great trip - Driver was wonderful. He adjusts stops requested and is punctual picking up again. Very pleasant and educated of area.

A tour that actually should be rated a minus 5 stars - How was the tour?  Let me tell you and everyone else that may consider it in the future.   To start, the driver was late picking us up from the hotel.  He said nothing about the tour or where we were going first.   The tour company gave us an itinerary that could be flexible so I messaged them back what we would like to do including adding an hour ($50)  so we would be able to see the light show at the marina.    We were dropped off at the first stop and all the driver said he would be back in 20 minutes to pick us up.  We had no idea where we were supposed to go or see so we just followed everyone else to a temple.  We went back to the pick up spot and again the driver was late. He said nothing to us as he drove us to the Sands Marina Hotel and dropped us off and drove away. This was not the second stop on the itinerary, it was the last stop.  We had no idea if and when he was coming back and what we were supposed to do.    We had tickets for the observation deck in the hotel in an hour and we didn't want to stay there for 3 hours and wait for the light show. I messaged the tour company with my displeasure  with what was happening and told them we would get a taxi and go back to our hotel on our own.  So after going to the observation deck we went back to our hotel.  While we were on the way back to our hotel the tour company messaged me back and gave me a completely different itinerary than either their original one or the revised one I gave them back.  I assumed the driver must have had it and never even told us it was changed. So bottom line, how was the tour?  A waste of $200 if either Viator or the tour company does not refund my money.  Maybe American Express will.    We were picked up late, had a driver that could not speak English well enough to communicate and never attempted to tell us where we were going or what we were supposed to do when he dropped us off somewhere.    It was like taking a taxi and the driver dropping you off with no information or direction why you were there or what you were supposed to do.    I will attempt to update this review if either Viator or the tour company tries to make this right and issues a refund.  I won't hold my breath.
