Loved both events! Could... - Loved both events! Could have spent days returning to the Gardens, they are beautiful.

Days in Singapore - Our Singapore journey started with visiting Marina bay deck, Supertree deck observing and Garden by the bay( Flower Dome). It was really a pleasant tour. Me along with my husband and daughters enjoyed the tour. We booked tickets through tripadvisor (online). Tickets was including pick-up and drop services from our hotel. We enjoyed everything in this tour package.We are really satisfied with their service. If we need any package we will surely book from Tripadvisor.

Fabulous - Fabulous area to walk around. The night shows are beautiful. We didn’t make it to the domes in time as they close at 2030 but we went back the next day and I would probably recommend doing them in the day . The cloud dome is spectacular.

Great experience - Picked up from your hotel and taken to Skypark lookout. Amazing views over Singapore. Then picked up again to go to Flower Dome, spectacular display of flowers and botanical gardens are beautiful.

Brilliant tour but too short to see everything - On the whole the tour was excellent but this could be made into a full days tour because by the time you’ve queued to go into the Sands viewing point and then gone to the gardens to see the bio dome followed by the light show it doesn’t give you enough time to really appreciate the outside gardens themselves but nevertheless it was a fantastic tour for us

Good City Views - If you are seeking city views, this may be your best option since it is located right by and high above Marina Bay. There are other options, so compare prices since nearly everything tourist-related is priced high in Singapore.

Disastrous.......and we should be given a refund. - I had booked a 4.00pm slot for the vieweing Deck expecting to be up on the viewing deck for at least ah hour to so. Got send a message that we were being picked up 1.5 hours earlier. Got dropped off at the Marina Sands to be told that we had to be back at the taxi at 4.00pm - the queue was close on an hour;s wait. at 3.48 decided we could not wait in the queue any longer as the bus was leaving at 4.00pm as the next part was only allows access no later than 4.30. So never got to the Observation deck, of the Marina Sands.....how can you expect someone to wait in a queue for over an hour and expect them to spent 3 minutes at the top. Oh but this is 31st December we were told......that is why I booked the 4.00 pm slot. Same the the Gardens, the queue to get to the Observation Deck of the Gardens closed at 4.30 we got their with 12 minutes to spare....so also did not make it into this deck.
I paid for a specific time with no explanation as to why initially our pick up was now 2.30 and not 3.45 as was originally Whats Apped to me. The

Very poor experience - Driver turned up and just left us at the Marina bay sands with no instructions, or pick up details. We missed our slot at the Sky park and it took 45 minutes for us to sort out the supertree and flower Dome tickets. The seven other People on the trip just went home and I walked a long way home as I did not trust the company to pick me up after trying to arrange a pick up time and place. A totally spoilt trip and not Viators usual standard. Luxury tours are certainly not luxury and very poorly organised . I would advise against using them .
