Airport Arrival
There will be a grace period of 60 minutes from the confirmed flight landing time. Thereafter, a waiting time charge will be implemented.

In the event that you are uncontactable 90 minutes after the confirmed flight landing time, we will consider as “NO SHOW” and our driver will leave the Airport in regrets. ☹ There will be no refund for “NO SHOW”

Thus, please kindly help to ensure that you have provided us with a valid contact number that we can reach out to when you are in Singapore.

Our compact limousine bus, known as ‘Ally’, has the capacity to carry 13 individuals. It offers a comfortable ride for up to 9 passengers along with full luggage storage capability.

Great Start To Our Singapore Family Vacation - Our flight was delayed for 40 mins and their team waited for us. Alan shared his recommendations and opinions on which places are best to visit with our toddlers. Having an open line of communication with Amy through What’s app was immensely helpful. The best way to arrive in Singapore - Such a fantastic transfer. On time, great communication from Amy who took us to the Jewel at the airport first, gave us some really valuable suggestions for things to do in Singapore. And even followed up with directions and more info via WhatsApp after they had dropped us at our accommodation. We had 3 small kids and this was the perfect way to arrive in Singapore.

First class above and beyond - The team went above and beyond - best greeting to Singapore ever! We have a group of 6, on 2 flights and when there was delayed flights and entry delays not only did they wait patiently, they kept in communication and did a pickup from 2 terminals seamlessly which was never the plan! They listened to our plans and gave us valuable insight into Singapore on our ride and then actually sent local tips to help finalise our Hawker Centres plans - above and beyond! First class service, ride, professionalism totally recommend. Will now book the rest of our Singapore (4) transfers with Sing and the team🙏🏼❤️

Superb, first class experience - Simply outstanding. The best transfer experience we have ever, ever experienced. Alan provided the round trip transfer in our time in Singapore. Even before arrival, we were sent detailed instructions for the visitor arrival card process and clear instructions on the arrival meeting point. We were met by Alan at the exit gate, who is one of the nicest guys we have ever met. He provided amazing information on our trip to the hotel, even at 04:30AM in the morning. The vehicle was superb and the communications with Amy was outstanding. During our trip we even asked for advice and were recommended certain routes. Alan subsequently picked us up and returned us to the Airport, which again was a flawless experience. As a complete surprise, we were provided lovely photographs from our arrival, which was a lovely touch at the end of trip. A massive, massive thank you for making our trip such a warm and memorable experience. This company is the only firm we would use if we came back to Singapore. These guys are amazing and highly, highly recommended - Thank you Alan & Amy!!!
