Starry Night Tour. - This was an amazing tour! I was impressed with the guide and the sights we visited. Only one downfall was the person who picked me up. The message was to be at the hotel 15 minutes before the listed time. I waited and waited and was watching every vehicle that drove up to the front door steps. I felt that there would be some identifying logo on the pick up vehicle as I was not told what type of a vehicle to look for. After a while this man got out of a plain white van that was parked down the drive way. He said to me that I had held up the tour as he had been there for 10 min!!! How was I to know that was the pickup vehicle?? Any other tour I have been on in my travels, the person would come in to the lobby and call out names of the people he was looking for. This problem should be addressed with your pick up people.

Holiday blues ??? But very good - Liked the itinerary very much, but because of traffic and other factors the tour lasted way too long until 10 pm, nevertheless after juggling all factors we covered everyone one of the listed attractions, the giant tree show was a letdown as it was so so crowded and we were very late we ended up high ona hill and saw very little. I have seen this attraction before on non holiday times and it was truly spectacular, this time it was bland and not worth it

Our Great Stary Night Tour - A lot of riding but then a lot of traffic because of Christmas. We really enjoyed everything and guides went out if their way to make sure we saw everything. Which made tour later as missed 1 thing at first due to traffic. Great Tour

Go solo. Not worthit. - Save your money and go solo. The boat tour relies on the internal video for commentary. The light show is literally free and standing at the water edge (instad grab food and wait in comfort). The garden light show you can see and hear from anywhere close by. Instead, save your money, do the boat then go up to Marina Bay Sands for a drink and watch both light and laser show from there in comfort. Plus we lost them in the end and so just got a Grab back to the hotel

Better off seeing the sites yourself. - Difficult to see out of the buses and actually see what was being described. Guides very difficult to understand (but lovely people). Some sites a waste of time eg: Mer-Lion. Rushed and matter of fact. If you query why it’s so difficult to secure the advertised discounted tickets, be prepared to be bullied online. Would not recommend.

I love tours but this was a complete disaster. - I love taking tours as I don't have to plan as much and let the pro's do the work for me. But in this case, I would have saved my money and more important my time on this trip. This was supposed to be a 4-hour tour. We started by them calling me at 5pm to change the pickup time for 15 mins early at 5:15. Those that have wife's and girlfriends can already understand that is a problem, but we made it work. We then proceeded to pick up the other guests at other hotels and arrived at our first stop at 5:45. The driver told us to get out and wait for our guide. Guide showed up around 6:15 and they were very disorganized and split us into 2 groups at that time. After standing around for another 20 mins, they put us on a bus to another location. We arrived and got on the river cruise portion at 7PM. So almost 2 hours into the tour before we could take any meaningful photos. When we got off the cruise a couple decided to leave the tour. Most people were already grumbling at the lack of organization. From there we got on a bus headed towards an 8PM light show. We drove there until it was 8pm and we missed it, so they turned the bus around and drove us around a round about a few times near a mall. Then they took us to the Gardens by the bay to see the tree lights. We made it just in time, but not everyone as the guide left an elderly couple behind as they needed to go on the elevator instead of the stairs. It was at that point I decided we would also leave the tour and salvage the rest of our night. I had originally just complained to the tour company and was going to leave it at that, but then they sent me this as their response:

Thank you for your message. I’d like to clarify that no shows were missed,
and no guests left the tour early as you claim. The itinerary was followed
as planned, including the river cruise, which provides a fantastic
experience regardless of the time of day.
We appreciate feedback, but it’s important to focus on facts rather than
exaggerating or misrepresenting the situation. If you had genuine concerns
during the tour, we would have been happy to address them on the spot.
They are going to lie right to my face as if I'm not there on the tour. I sent them the complaint before we even made it to the garden. I will stay away from this company Wanderlust Ventures PTE. LTD.
