• Please bring a valid photo ID/passport with you as it is required to be displayed at the entrance.
• Outside food and drinks are not permitted inside S.E.A. Aquarium except baby food, formulas and food for guests with special dietaries.
• Bag inspections will be carried out on all personal or hand-carried luggage for safety and security reasons.
• Smoking is not permitted inside S.E.A. Aquarium. Guests who wish to smoke may proceed to the designated smoking areas outside S.E.A. Aquarium. We urge guests to be considerate and observe the designated smoking areas.
• S.E.A. Aquarium wheelchairs are available for rent at the Level 1 Guest Services Counter for SGDollar 15. Simply register your name and contact number. Please note: Wheelchairs can only be used within the Aquarium, subject to availability on a first-come-first-served basis.
• Tickets are valid for Date and time selected. Valid identity proof required.
• E-Tickets will be forwarded via Email by one day before the tour date. No need to print, you can show from smart phone itself.
• No Show policy: Failure to report on time will result in a No Show, and no rescheduling or refund will be provided.
