Fun day - Easy access to the van and return to the shop. The air plane experience was pretty wild! Everyone survived!’ 🤣

Excellent - Excelent, very organize, on time and our driver Richie was the best. We went to the EDC parking lot and they have a desk where you tell the person your name and they check in. We went to Maho Beach stay for about 3 hours and our driver came back on time to take us to the cruise port. Totally recommended!

Plane Spotting at Maho Beach - Absolutely brilliant and informative tour guide. Awesome experience at Maho Beach watching the jets take off and land.

Fun - Not much to tell. Was a super easy process and the price was 3 times cheaper than Carnival cruise ships price of $234 per person.

This was just a simple excursion... - <p>This was just a simple excursion from the ship to the Maho beach Airport beach. Basically we just paid for the transfer but it was nice because the bus was air conditioned and we got a rum punch on the way back. The driver was very nice and answered all our questions. The beach for beautiful and really fun. The planes seemed so close. You have to pay for the chairs and an umbrella 20. If you want to stay out of the sun you don't have much choice. There is two restaurants right there if you want a drink and or lunch. I think it is a must see.</p>

Fun to do once - This was basically just a transfer to and from Maho beach. The driver did not stay but picked us up at the appointed time. He provided bottled water and rum punch for the ride. It was nice having the transfer already reserved. We were surprised that we were the only 2 people on the excursion since the van could hold about 10 people. Maho beach was a fun experience to do once.

Missed excursion, but still happy customer - Due to various reasons, we did not make it on this excursion, but my dealings with Viator were very good. I asked for a refund and quickly received a reply and a full refund from them.

The directions from the ship to the... - <p>The directions from the ship to the pick-up point are vague and confusing. Once we found it, they seemed to be well organized and professional.</p> <p>The drive was uneventful, but I do have a problem with the driver using his cell phone most of the way there. Distracted driving isn't safe, and he shouldn't be doing it.</p> <p>One word of warning: The beach will be VERY busy on some days. We were there in April, and there was hardly enough room to stand. We did rent a lounge, but the water kept coming in and swamping us, so we left that area as there was no place to move the lounge. </p> <p>We finally went over to the Sunset Bar and paid 5 each to be able to sit by and use the pool. Service is only fair at the Sunset Bar, and, it too, was packed, though there was more room around the pool.</p> <p>We weren't able to use the transfer on the return due to a medical emergency not the fault of the tour operator, but my biggest complaint and what gives the reduced star rating us that they do not answer the phone number printed on the voucher. I tried many times with no answer. I even sent them a message via their Facebook page. Still waiting for an answer there. </p> <p>If you're going to have a local phone, it needs to be answered. Very poor customer service in that regard, especially when I was trying to notify them that we wouldn't need the return transfer.</p> <p>Glad we went, but wouldn't do it again.</p>

Horrible - Was never given proper instructions of where to go and tour operator never responded to our messages. Waste of money since we didn't even get to do excursion.
