Best beach vacay ever. - Best beach experience ever. Beautiful beach, but very rocky this time of year, wish I had my water shoes. Airplane experience was unbelievable! If you stand in the blast area, know to wear sunglasses or better yet goggles to protect your eyes, and know that the airplane will kick up sand that stings. Paco our driver was fantastic.

Better Than Expected - We had a private ride to and from with on time pick up to the minute! Great time at the beach! I will look at other excursions on my future journeys!

The planes - Fantastic trip. Staff friendly. Thomas the driver brilliant. The planes on the beach absolutely a brilliant day. Can't wait to do it again.

Maho airport beach blast - We were met by John.. who was very Polite and knowledgable about the island.. we were offered Drinks both ways & his timing for the return journey was spot on!! a great experience

Bernards tours - We had a great time with these guys Action Jackson was our driver and he was very informative We spent some time at the bar and then went onto the beach when the planes started coming in. Quite the experience Would definitely recommend them

Carnival carribean cruise Feb 2020 - Great place to visit if you love watching planes, listening to music and the beach. We saw several planes come in, a few big ones and saw a couple big jets take off. You do have to pay$1 to use the restroom there. They had a lot of people eating and drinking there. Bernard's was a great way to go and cheaper got back in time to do shopping in town. Loved this place. Even though it's a small beach very well worth your money. Tour guide Dennis I believe answered questions and very knowledgeable and also provided something to drink water, soda and beer😎❤️

Outstanding Tour Company - Great Experience at St Maarten - This is the company to tour with when you are visiting St Maarten. Prices are very reasonable and highly competitive. Tour guides are highly knowledgeable, friendly and well informed. Our tour guide, Mr. Jackson, (AKA action Jackson) was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He reviewed the history of the island and provided many useful tips on what to do and see. Fantastic photo taking opportunities for those who are into photography as I am. I initially had booked the Maho Beach experience alone. However, after realizing that the entire island tour experience was only $ 25.00 more, I switched my itinerary and booked the entire island experience. The entire island experience includes a 45 minute tour of Maho beach. Mr. Jackson was super patient as i went about taking many photos of the island. He proved himself to me a true gentleman. For those of you who are into aviation as i am, the Maho beach airplane experience was somewhat disappointing. Those planes that you see in photos supposedly flying closely over your head are illusions created by telephoto lenses which compress the depth of field making objects appear closer to one another. The planes are way above your head and nowhere close as one believes when looking at pictures of Maho beach on the Internet. Maho beach is worth seeing but I suggest that visitors book the entire island experience tour which not only includes a visit to the Dutch and French sectors of the island but also Maho Beach. I highly recommend Bernard's Tours to visitors of St Maarten. You will be happy that you chose this company over the other rip off companies that contract with your ship/cruise companies.I found the ship based excursion tours to be double the price. I booked this tour on my iPhone while i was aboard the ship. I booked it 6 hours before the tour (last minute). Bernard Tours thank you very much for a great time in St Maarten. Mr. Jackson, thank you for your patience and helpful tips as I went about the tour taking numerous photos of the gorgeous sites. You guys made my experience of St Maarten a GREAT one. Beach - when i booked the excurison i didn;t know that St.Maarten was an hour ahead. so we missed the excurison. I Believe her name was Denise was very kind and very helpful. She got a taxi and paid for it to take us to beach. we really enjoyed our time. Thank you!

Rainy Day - John was our driver and provided a great tour as we went to Maho Beach. He provided refreshments as we drove to be dropped off at the Sunset Bar and Grill located on the beach. Great place to watch the smaller commuter aircraft to land. Reason for the average score was the rainstorms that began before the PM arrivals of the major carriers. We decided to leave early and took a $20 for two taxi ride back to the ship.
