David was absolutely... - David was absolutely amazing! Me, my husband, and my 3.5 year old went on this Sintra tour and loved it! It was the perfect amount of time for our little family. We aren’t typically tour people, but wanted a way to still see everything with our son. This was perfect. Wasn’t too long, wasn’t too short. David was very kind and informational and helpful!

Perfect day in and around Sintra! - David, our guide, met us at our door. He immediately put us at ease and made the experience customized to our interests. He was extremely knowledgeable and sought to find answers for our random questions he didn't know. Our half day included spectacular views of Pena Palace, Castelo dos Mouros, and a leisurely stroll around the gardens of Quinta da Regaleira. As a bonus. we took a scenic drive to Cabo da Roca, enjoying the sweeping views of the Atlantic with a backdrop of wild flowers, acoustic guitar music, and pineapple pina coladas. Our family group of 5 adults would do it again in a second! David made us feel natural, not touristy. We capped the day off with a delicious late lunch arranged by him at Sabores de Sintra, which sits off the beaten path at a quiet outside table under a floral arbor on a tranquil patio...honestly, a perfect day.

Last minute booking is an unexpected success! - Excellent experience which was booked at midnight the day before because of a last minute cancellation of our original tour by Viator. Great driver who was extremely knowledgeable and spoke just the right amount. Unfortunately the clutch broke on our way back but the tour operator called an Uber for us and everything worked out perfectly! We would definitely request this tour operator/guide when we go back next year.

Good trip to Sintra - Happy to be collected from the hotel and driven to Sintra village, had 45mins to look around then taken to Monserrate palace which was one of the quiet ones at our request. Great trip if you don’t want to go on a train with lots of people, great driver/ guide and knowledgeable.

Great day - Great experience, beautiful city and castle with guide Francisco who told us a lot about the history of Lisbon and Regaleira Castle. We also had the flexibility to customize the route, so we ended our tour in Amalfa district and enjoyed the Fado chants. Top day, top tour, top organization "choose your emotions" and top guide Francisco

Good tour - Our tour guide was very knowledgeable. The palace is beautiful. There was some confusion on the meeting point. Other than that, it was a good tour.

An Experience but do check the weather before you go - The guide/driver is okay. Unfortunately the weather was not good and there is not much to see. Would like the old town more.

OK but could be better - It was okay considering it was Christmas Eve. Not much to do. Did not get to see the Peña Palace as it was completely fogged in. I wish that as a replacement, the tour could have given more time on the historical public square but was given “ten minutes” as the driver has no where to park it seems because he would be chased away by the police. So it was not a very productive day. Did not see much.

Half day private tour to Sintra with tickets to a Palace - It was very disappointing trip. First the aircondition was not working - 2 passenger leave the tour because of that. The driver fixed it after that. No water or fruit - should be included. The way to the Palace was closed because of fire danger (it was not drivers fault but we did not receive the money for the tickets back). It was very poor information from driver during the trip. We are not very satisfied!!
