- Cabo da Roca - We visit and stop at Cabo da Roca. the westernmost point in mainland Europe, a astonishing cliff with inspiring views. we stop there, talk a bit about the location and have a taste of a typical Portuguese liqueur (Ginja) or port wine. its pictures time.
- Guincho Beach - We drive by Guincho beach and the Atlantic west coast. its a beautiful drive, heading to Cascais, on a protected natural-park, famous for its wild and pristine condition. one of the best moments of the day. driving on the seaside, on an open-top vintage jeep with some great tunes playing. a moment to cherish for the rest of life.

Our journey will take us to the enigmatic Quinta da Regaleira and includes a traditional Portuguese lunch (with wine included) before we venture off-road through the vibrant greenery of Sintra’s forests, eventually appearing at the cliff-side shores of Europe’s westernmost point, Cabo da Roca. We’ll move from fortress-topped hills to the stunning coastline of the UNESCO world heritage landscape, guiding you to uncharted viewpoints and secluded beaches. In summer, you can take in the air rushing past as we zip along unpaved paths with the roof off. During cooler weather, we keep the roof intact, crank up the tunes, and dodge mammoth rough boulders, pine woodlands, and imposing ferns in mud-filled pits. With off-road thrills, playing all-time favorite tracks, and an opportunity to try Sintra’s iconic sweet pastry and Port wine, it’s an unbeatable mix of adventure, fun, and folklore. Fun day with Bruno in Sintra! - My parents and I had such a fun day with Bruno during our Sintra Jeep Safari! He was so kind and patient with my parents, making sure they were comfortable throughout the day. Bruno is very knowledgeable; you can really tell he loves Portugal and sharing it with everyone he meets. Thank you so much for helping me make memories with my parents and having us learn more about Portugal's interesting history. We will remember it forever.

Super special- top notch!! The Best!! - Probably the best tour we have ever done. Paulo and Gi were our guides, and we can’t say enough about this amazing day. Sintra was beautiful, Pena Palace was spectacular, and we got a private view of a beachside spot on our off road trip that was AMAZING!! So great from start to finish. Our guides were friendly, kind, smart, fun and full of knowledge. They were so amazing in every way! We had a great day- the lunch, oh… it was so delicious, special and authentic. You MUST do this tour. I honestly have no words for how great it was. It really made our trip! Thank you so much!!

Safari in Sintra - A wonderful tour and day. The driver (guide) was wonderful, it felt like we had known each other forever. He treated us to a traditional homemade cheesecake 🤩

Such a Fantastic and FUN day!! - First of all, thank you to our amazing guide John. He truly made this day a memorable one. This was a fantastic and really FUN day full of palaces, beautiful gardens, off-roading in a UMM, beaches, a wonderful lunch with warm hospitality and Cabo Da Roca. 6 hours of pure awe and adrenaline. I can't imagine any better way to see and do all the things we did. We highly recommend John and the FlaminGO team!

A phenomenal adventure exploring Sintra! - Our FlaminGO Experience was one of the best experiences my wife and I had throughout our honeymoon. Our new Portuguese friend, Mario, took us and our group around Sintra to show us the beautiful castles and countryside where he grew up. Through Mario sharing his local perspective of the area throughout our stops, we were able to have such a personal experience as we explored our different stops throughout the day.
Not only did we see a number of beautiful spots that we didn't anticipate, but we also had the flexibility to shift our initial plans, so that we could avoid standing and waiting in hour long lines at some of the tourist "hotspots".
For our lunch, the local Portuguese cuisine and wine were some of the best food that we had on our trip.
We truly couldn't have been happier with our experience with FlaminGO and were sad to go when we came to the end of our day. If you are looking to explore Sintra and are up for a great adventure, we highly recommend booking a FlaminGO Experience!

Fun for our whole crew (19 years to 53!) - Best part of our trip to Portugal! We just had an amazing afternoon with Nelson. He was so knowledgeable about the sites we visited, friendly and just really made the day amazing. Highly recommend this experience!

Perfect tour of Sintra! - Excellent tour! I can’t say enough great things about this tour and our guide, Mario. We Loved all the sites we saw and Mario was so knowledgeable about everything, No language barrier as his English was perfect. Lunch was excellent at the quaint restaurant he took us to. I highly recommend this tour to every one of all ages.

A great time! - The tour was an amazing all day adventure! Our tour guide, Rodrigo, was extremely knowledgeable about Sintra and Cascais - we especially loved his particular interest/background in describing the viaducts. The day we went was perfect for hitting a beautiful beach in Cascais and off-roading on the dirt roads with the top off - would highly recommend.
