- Driver/Guide: The driver complies with the rules of cleanliness and hygiene. The driver will wear a mask and must maintain the necessary distance according to the protocol. The health conditions of the driver will be assessed frequently.
- Protection: In our vehicles, alcohol gel and face masks will always be available free of charge, if customers need it. The driver will advise the use of a mask and hand cleaning with mandatory alcohol gel after all stops, before re-entering the vehicle.

Great experience - Jose Ribeiro was a fantastic guide! A unique, personal, and immersive experience. The Lisbon on Wheels Sintra tour was the highlight of our Portugal trip.

A great trip but take it in two days! - It was a great experience for us, even though: we took the 4-monuments trip ( actually I would put National Palace and the Regaleira for another day, especially for people with walking disabilities ) ; it was raining; two of the people had walking difficulties and we were with a small child..José helped the tired ones rest and drove them around Sintra, gave us information what to see, and had prepared the best itinerary according to our needs. He was really helpful, friendly
and told us so much about the history of the places! Thank u, José!
P.S. Beware for pickpockets at the way towards the Moorish Castle where there is still no entrance fee. There were a group of them that tried to steal my mothers purse from her backpack. So I think they target slow-moving or elder people.

Highly recommend - Despite a rainy day, we had a great visit. José went above and beyond, customizing our trip to our needs and sharing lots of interesting information about Sintra and Portugal. We would definitely book again!

Four Castles in One Day! - Jose picked us up at our hotel early in the morning and off we went to Sintra. We started with the Moorish Castle and climbed up and over the old walls while Jose gave us some of the history. Then he drove us over to the Pena Palace, where he guided us through all the tourists and showed us the best spots and gave us more background history. Jose dropped us off at the National Palace, where we enjoyed a quiet, leisurely walk through the beautiful building. Finally, Jose took us to the Regaleira Castle and recommended that we visit "the well". We made our way down the well from hell to heaven, an unexpected experience. On our way back to Lisbon, Jose drove us through the Belem area of Lisbon and pointed out several highlights. Jose was a wonderful tour guide. We would love to do another tour with him one day. Thank you so much, Jose, for a great day. We were exhausted at the end of the day but have great memories.

Magical Sinatra - Jose was an attentive, informative, funny and intelligent tour guide who peeled the onion layers beautifully, so we could absorb the beauty, magic and history of Sinatra and Portugal.
To top it off he has become a friend who we will certainly keep in touch with and highly recommend to our fellow travellers. 🙏👏👏

Excellent tour and guide Jose - Jose was and excellent guide, knowledgeable and patient with us in explaining historical background to the place we visited. He pointed to us many details that otherwise could have been missed. Also, took us to spots for perfect photos, and recommended where to take our lunch. He was exactly on time to pick us up, and to bring us back to the hotel (even a little longer than the tour advertised length. His English was perfect, and was very kind to take into account that I was not really able to follow a fast track of ups and downs. Very worthwhile, both the tour and especially the guide. For me personally, Regaleira palace could have been skipped (it is from 1920s, a private mansion), particularly in comparison to the impressions you get visiting the National Palace.

One of a kind tour - This was truly a one of a kind experience.
When I tell you Jose is knowledgeable, it’s an understatement. Not that we were trying to stump him, but my husband is a very inquisitive man, and every question he asked, Jose knew, with dates! Jose was very accommodating to our ever changing energy levels. He was very up front about the amount of walking we were getting ourselves into, and let us know at anytime we could make some adjustments to the day should we need to. From the weather, to the company, to the sites, we had a beautiful day! Sintra as a city itself was beautiful and full of things to see. The monuments you see, paired with the knowledge Jose shares, makes the experience worth the hike up to see them. Thank you Jose for your professionalism, your kindness, and for making us feel so at ease in your care.

Lots of fun, facts, and a great experience - José was a great tour guide. His knowledge goes beyond the scope of the tour as he loves history. He was very flexible adapting the tour to our needs as far as changing the order of stops and arranging a delicious lunch at a very local family restaurant.
Very friendly, fun, and knowledgeable guy. I definitely recommend.

An incredible experience in Sintra - Jose was the tour guide who made this excursion extra special for us. In depth tour or every castle and he threw in some bonus viewpoints too which were fantastic. I would recommend this tour and Jose to everyone when looking for a guide in Lisbon

Evora Full Day Tour - Jose took me to the tile factory, the cork factory and Evora! He is very friendly, accommodating and oh so much fun! He is a book full of knowledge and can tell you just about everything! He answered all of my questions and I love the fact that he personalized my tour and lets you go at your own pace, without feeling rushed. I highly recommend Jose for your next tour as in my opinion, he is the best there is!
