Skip the line, with host - Quinta da Regaleira is beautiful. This was an amazing experience. My host Fasial send me ticket and instructions (map, what not to miss etc.) and was making my entrance as easy as possible. I would recommend this for first time visitors :)

Quinta da Regaleira - My partner and I went on a Saturday during tourist season and went right in. You can take the train to Sintra station then the 435 bus to the castle. We really enjoyed our experience, thank you!

Pena palace tour - It was a great trip. The palace was very nice. It's worth a visit. Please visit the near by fort as well. Please be equipped with drinks. There is a steep slope to climb for about 20 mins before you reach the palace. If that's too much, please buy shuttle tickets to the palace before hand.

Terrible experience, disorganized and guide mistake - Do not recommend. The voucher provided is not a ticket. You have to meet a guide beforehand, it’s very confusing. We purchased a 3:30pm ticket but guide showed up late and we could only get a 4pm ticket. We weren’t allowed in and ended up waiting longer than it would take to have bought one.

Dont ever buy these tickets!!! - Dont ever buy these tickets! It is fraught! When I showet up at the pickup point, nobody knew anything about the tickets. So I had to buy new tickets.

Fraud - Worst experience ever. To be led that you are simply buying skip the line tickets online and then find out after you have been delayed that you need to physically meet the person to just hand you a ticket in this digital world is rediculous. And after you get there and can’t find the person and then have to buy new ticket only to finally get a pdf of your tickets via text is plain stupid. They could have text the tickets anytime before the 2:00 pm meeting time but did not resulting in us having to pay twice. FYI we were informed by the ticket office there that in all of Portugal there is no skip the tickets. When we asked for a refund we only got excuses and resistance. No refund!
