Fun Visit and Good to have Tix Ahead of Visit - Quinta da Regaleira was great! We went at the end of the day around 4. At the time, the lines had really died down so the skip the line wasn't really necessary. BUT, it did make it easy and if there had been a line, it would have been really helpful. Faisal made it easy and texted immediately on WhatsApp when I booked. I definitely recommend having the tickets texted to your phone. Much easier than trying to meet up. Faisal also gave some good recommendations of where to start when you walk in the Quinta.

Great experience - I booed this trip 1 hour before we went. The ticket collection was fast and efficient. The company provided a wonderful agent to come and meet us. He was very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful time on our trip. I would highly recommend.

Great experience booking and visiting - The initiation well and associated grottos plus the palace gardens were even more beautiful than the palace itself. Fantastic visit and transaction - Smooth transaction and great communication. If you’re short on time and can’t meet Faisal, then simply ask for your tickets to be delivered via WhatsApp, it’s not a scam! Quinta da Regaleira itself is absolutely beautiful, I enjoyed it more than the Pena Palace. Just be prepared for lots of people and lines at all the Sintra sites. The area is a bit like Disney… lots of queues and girls attempting to get the perfect Instagram picture. When visiting Sintra with a car, it’s best to park on the edge of town then take a Tuk Tuk up the step hills to the sites. All in all, Sintra is a must visit, just prepare to be patient.

Fabulous palace - Faisal the guide allocated for us to give us our tickets was very helpful. We enjoyed Quinta de Regularia but we're disappointed there was not more to see in the Palace. The ladies toilets are dire as are the gents.

Go Early and don’t self drive - get an Uber - Go early - the crowds are insane: don’t get a tour guide - just walk around. - do the well first - and again - go early Beer in the café and chill - the palace is overrated: one floor or two - but yuck The beauty are the gardens

Great palace, dreadful booking experience. - Lovely gardens and palace. The initiation well was spectacular. However, the experience was marred by dealing with the very rude, unpleasant representative who we tracked down in the coffee shop which is the ticket redemption venue. The contact phone number on our paperwork was also incorrect and so the hotel was unable to help us. As we tried to collect our tickets the day before so we could be at the Palace early to avoid the queues, we were dismayed to be sent away empty handed and felt worried that the 8 ordered tickets would not materialise. It was stressful. Ultimately, we received our tickets via WhatsApp the evening before and all turned out OK. However, I would not recommended this company especially as the tickets were easily available at the site and were cheaper. There really is no such thing as ‘skip the line’ . Mallick needs to work on improving his appalling customer service.

Sad but nice - we got ripped off for tickets from a guy so called operating our of a bakery/coffee shop, skip the line at 33 euros for each of the 4of us ,never got the tickets or could cancel ,.So we refought the tickets at the gate and they were really only 12 euros each, and no such thing as a skip the line.While inside we really did enjoy this palace and gardens, plus the cave tunnels.

The park was great but the booking was a scam - This booking is not an actual ticket. They make you pick it up in town. They also charge 80% more than the actual ticket. Save money and effort and book through the parks website directly. I wasted £80 because they didn’t tell me I had to go into town until AFTER I purchased my ticket

SCAM BEWARE - DO NOT BUY - SCAM!!! Do not go, just book directly through the Quinta da Regaleira website. You can’t actually get in prior to 10 anyways. We booked this and were told to meet at a croissant shop to get our tickets. We arrived at 9am and no one was there, no one showed up to give us our tickets. We had no other option than to buy tickets directly from the castles website and luckily they weren’t sold out. There is no benefit from actually buying this experience. We requested a refund and they wouldn’t give it to us clearly because they just scam people.
