• Guincho Beach - Part of the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park, Praia do Guincho has a landscape of great beauty, in which the white sand dunes contrast with the foothills of the Serra de Sintra, which can be seen in the background.

Because it is exposed to strong winds and has strong waves, this beach is very popular with bodyboarders and surfers. During the summer, due to the north that is felt here, Guincho is excellent for windsurfing, with national and international competitions taking place here.
