Incredible time - We had a fantastic time visiting Sentra and Cascais!!! We really enjoyed being able to customize. We had a delicious lunch at Restaurant O Faroleora on the water. Our driver Emerico was a great guide. We highly recommend this tour. Worth the extra money to be private.

Excellent driver (some streets narrow and navigated well, even in the city), and shared wonderful insights to the visit - Thoroughly enjoyed the excursion, was just right in terms of mobility limitations as indicated in our booking, and driver very responsive, congenial. Also very very knowledgeable about the region and had great commentary while driving. Would highly recommend him and this tour!!

Great way to see amazing places close to Lisbon! - Carlos was a wonderful driver and tour guide. He was very thoughtful and got in touch ahead of time to tell us to get the tickets we needed for the castle - for sure spring for the cut the line tickets! - and really took care of us. He completely tailored the tour to what we wanted. We just wish we had done more than 4 hours. If you are short on time and want to see the castle and the coast this is a great trip. If you want to see the grounds as well you need more time. Carlos dropped us off in Cascais at our request so we could have dinner and take the train back which was super easy. I highly recommend this!

Sintra and Cascais - Carlos was incredible! He took us to these great locations and was so enthusiastic. What a pleasure he was. Informative, patient and just overall excellent. Highly recommend

Loved Sintra and Cabo! - Due to fire danger, the palace and castle were closed, but Luis gave us some time in Sintra to wander and shop (And eat pastries!). Also, Luis took us to Cabo da Roca, where we spent several minutes taking photos and enjoying the spectacular views. We ended with a drive through Cascais and on back to Belem. Very enjoyable trip with an excellent Tour guide Luís!

Amazing tour - Our driver/guide - Nuno was punctual,informative,very helpful,courteous and took his time to explain all the sightseeing places,giving us ample time to appreciate the sights. His driving was excellent. He provided service with a smile. We would highly recommend Nuno and the company he serves while in Lisbon.

Great tour and great tour guide - Great tour and our guide Luis was excellent. He was so accommodating when we wanted to stay an extra 30 minutes in Sintra. Sintra is a beautiful place to shop, eat, and explore. Next time I come to Lisbon, I will stay in Sintra. But take this tour and ask for Luis. You won’t be sorry.

Fantastic tour and driver. A must do - Calls was one of the best tour guides we have meet. Our trip to Sinatra and Cascais was great. Carlos was exceptional knowledgeable regarding the region and its history. Absolutely we will recommend this tour to friends that are traveling to Lisbon

Sintra Tour! - Our guide was Miguel (or "Mike") and he is super knowledgeable about the area and all things Lisbon. We learned a lot of history from him that isn't in the guidebooks. And the scenery was simply beautiful!

Terrific if Pena Palace & Castles were open ? - For the record, George our driver was terrific. But also, for the record, I received an email YESTERDAY from the company with whom I booked the Palace tour, at your driver’s request, (which reinforces my 2d point below) but it was shortly after your 24 hour cancellation window expired. So first, it seems illogical that tour companies would not also get some notice. Secondly, It would be unbelievable that most tourists who book a tour to SINTRA are not expecting to at least get close to the Peña Palace & nearby fortress to take photos, even without taking the inside tour. The road going up to the top was closed as of YESTERDAY, so the aforementioned was impossible. Lastly, your tour ad heavily promotes the sites that were closed and does not include any disclaimer regarding responsibility if events like today should occur. I would simply have liked the option to cancel and book a different tour. We have used Viator many times and absolutely feel that some reasonable credit would be appropriate. Regards, Steve
