The gardens are a dream - I loved everything from the gardens to the Penta Palace.
I regretted a little the weak use of the spade when entering the palace, because on rainy days there is no protection.
The restaurant tb is nothing special. But valued by the lush green of the gardens and the beauty of the palace

Heart and Soul Tours is the BEST - Eduardo is the absolute best! There were six couples in our group and a perfect day was had by all! Eduardo is knowledgeable, animated, passionate, funny and an expert on all things Portugal. His tour is an absolute must do when visiting Lisbon.

Eduardo was the best!!! - Eduardo was absolutely fantastic for our half day at Pena Palace!! We had the best time and learned so much from him. He was an absolute professional and we couldn’t recommend him more!! Worth every penny! Thank you Eduardo!

Terrific experience to Sintra. - We had difficulty finding a tour group willing to take our party of nine (six adults and three children) on a day trip to Sintra. But Eduardo and Hugo stepped up big time and were able to accommodate us in two cars.
I rarely write reviews but I must say we had a fantastic time. From the get go we found the two of them to be knowledgeable, friendly with not only the adults but the children as well.
Eduardo has his wry wit, humor, and dad jokes kept the day moving at a good pace. Hugo was engaging with the entire family and the two of them worked great as a team.
They made sure we saw all the "big ticket" items on our itinerary and were in contact with us before the trip to help us make sure we had our admission tickets to those attractions needing them to avoid the big crowds.
They were able to personalize our agenda for us and took us to some places that have given us memories for a lifetime.
Definitely give these guys the opportunity to show you around!!

Just book it - Just book it. Don't think about it. Just book it. Honestly, my experience was 10/10. Eduardo picked my friend and I up at our hotel and we were running late. We felt awful and apologized and I hoped for the best as we were going to spend about 8 hours together.
Eduardo is an absolute gem of a tour guide. He's funny, witty, and extremely knowledgeable about it all.
He will also go above and beyond and take the best photographs of you. He will make you laugh, he will show you the best spots, and more importantly, he will make you feel safe at all times (we booked a private tour and it was just two females and him).
I would 100000% recommend him. I guarantee you will laugh, learn and make amazing memories.

A Must-Have Guide Tour for a Truly Portuguese Experience! - We had the absolute pleasure of spending our trip with Eduardo on a private tour, and let me tell you, he is a gem of a guide! Eduardo's knowledge of Portuguese history is vast and fascinating—this man can turn even the dullest of historical facts into captivating stories. He's like a walking, talking Wikipedia but way more charming and infinitely funnier.
Eduardo takes the best pictures, gets the prettiest angles and knows the best areas for the best shots. This man speaks [I think he mentioned] six languages fluently!!! Whether you're lost in translation or just plain lost, Eduardo's got your back. His love for Portuguese culture is infectious. By the end of the tour, you'll be singing Fado songs and toasting with port wine like a local. He might even throw a Portugal history pop quiz in there. He knows the best times to go to places and has connections in the industry to hook you up with last minute bookings.
Now, about his sense of humor—it's top-notch. He kept us laughing throughout the entire tour with his witty remarks and playful jabs. And his punctuality? Let's just say Eduardo is so punctual that if he were a Swiss watch, he'd be offended at the mere thought of being a minute late. He has a delightful knack for making sure everyone is on time, so be prepared to be on time 🤣.
If you're lucky enough to have Eduardo as your guide on a private tour, you're in for an unforgettable adventure through Portugal's rich history, culture, and breathtaking landscapes. Book him or anyone in his company, show up on time, and get ready to have the time of your life!

Great Tour - We had a great private tour with Eduardo to Sintra and Cascais. Eduardo made sure that we were able to see everything that we wanted to and he was very knowledgeable about all the sights. He also took us to a great restaurant on our way to Cabo da Roca, and they served some of the best seafood that we have ever had. Overall, this tour was very entertaining, informational, and it ended up being one of the best days of our trip.

Great trip to Sintra with Hugo! - We had a great tour of Sintra and a visit to Cascais with Hugo. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating. His tips saved us time so that we got to see as much as possible during the time we had. We learned much more than we would have visiting on our own. He picked us up and dropped us off at our hotel, so the whole thing was very easy. We highly recommend Hugo!

Private Tour of Sintra - If you’re looking to explore some of the areas just outside Lisbon, I could not recommend this enough! Our tour guide Hugo picked us up directly from the hotel with zero fuss, meaning a completely stress-free day. Hugo was friendly, respectful, and extremely knowledgable about Sintra and the Pena Palace where we visited. He structured the day around us, so we never felt rushed, could view the sites at our own pace, and take what detours we thought were interesting. Really good service and I look forward to seeing more sights with him!

Nice tour of Sintra and can be customized - The trip to Sintra was very nice and having lunch on the beach was incredible. Only advice is better communication about activities for the day so the appropriate entry tickets can be secured in advance since the tour can be customized. Work with the customer more up front.
