Perfect trip - We booked transfers and tours with Seconds and Minutes for the third time. This time, we were accompanied by the guide "Ruiva", who is a super attentive, punctual, and lively person. We traveled as a family and everyone, without exception, really enjoyed the experience and the tours we took with her, who showed us in great detail the charms of the places we visited.

Pure history and seashores. - Traveling through the country to Sintra and Cascais was filled with spring color and bright skies. Carlos was our driver/tour director who had an impressive command of the sites we visited. Our first stop was to visit the National Palace of Queluz. The opulence and excess were demonstrated in lavish gardens, an extensive array of rooms for every imaginable activity. The Park and Palace of Pena was seen from a distance along with other castles and villas. We enjoyed views of the Atlantic Ocean as we made our way to Cascais from the north. What we discovered was a picturesque seaside village, perfect for vacationing. Carlos provided us time to lunch and relax. The day was a wonderful day of discovery.

A personalised day tour - Carlos was a brilliant guide showing me around. We packed a lot into a day. He highly tailored the day for me.

Full Day Sintra tour - We went to Sintra primarily and hopped out at a couple places near Cabo da Rocha and drove through Cascais (our goal was to focus on Sintra). The company is very professional and easy to deal with and I enjoyed working with Antonio to set up plans. The van that took us around was very nice -clean and perfect size for the family with lots of space. Luis, our driver, was an absolute delight and real professional. He got us where we needed to be, was always on time and easy to contact, and provided some helpful tips (and also took some great photos for us). Keep in mind the driver is not a tour guide and does not visit the sites with you. I could not imagine getting around Sintra any other way given the August crowds. Also reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

Amazing Service - Our tour guide Andre was amazing. Very friendly and informative. He made the tour so much better with his friendliness and kindness. He also suggested a phenomenal restaurant where we had one of the best seafood lunches in Portugal with a stunning view of the Atlantic Ocean. Name of the place is called Furnas Do Guincho. Also, Andre invited us to the best pasty shop and liquor store (we had a Ginja) in Sintra. Would highly recommend Seconds and Minutes for this tour. Can’t complete this review without mentioning Antonio. He organized everything and did a wonderful job. He answered every question we had and the response time was incredibly quick. This was just perfect! - We spent an entire day with Sónia on a private tour. Being a large group with ambitious plans of seeing many sights in Sintra, Cabo and Cascais did not faze Sónia and the team over at Seconds and Minutes. Regular communication to setup the trip and ensuring our expectations were set, this team is thoroughly professional. We had a thoroughly enjoyable time and we saw so many wonderful sights! The team of Antonio and Sonia made this day the most memorable day of our Lisbon trip! Highly recommend!!

Perfection! - I honestly can't say enough great things about this tour. It is absolutely worth every penny! Andre was a fantastic host, incredibly knowledgeable on all things Portugal, and was courteous and accommodating for our son's peanut allergy. He took us to amazing authentic places for lunch and snacks, and made an already incredible day that much more memorable. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone regardless of age, families, single travellers, couples, everyone will get something out of this tour. It's really perfect for families with kids as its the best compromise between walking and driving.

Jam packed with interesting information - Our driver Andre was well educated(college) and well informed about the history of Portugal which he shared with us during the day. He helofully suggested buying Pena Palace tickets online in advancee and offered us a chance to either have a lovely lunch by the sea or more time on tour. We chose the former and it was delightful.

Ricky knows Sintra - The main attraction was well worth it. Ricky was extremely knowledgeable. He knows all the particular details. We were able to get to the understanding of what we wanted to to and Ricky understood. He got us a good place to eat for lunch

SCAM- NOT Private tour guide . Just driver - don't waste your money get an Uber ride. - This is a SCAM and not worth your Money. This is NOT a private guided Tour , but just a private van with driver. I paid $380 while I could have spent ~$80 with Uber. The driver picked us up, and when we asked if he would join us in the Castle / palace he said "no". He called the agency and they mentioned that this is how Viator has setup . If we wanted a private tour guide we should have explicitly asked for one and it would have cost an additional $200ish. This is rotten advertising. The booking detail mentioned "private tour/guide" . I had read the reviews and was still ok with having a single person be the driver and tour guide, but the driver just sat in the car and waited for us and did NOT come with us inside the castle/palace to explain any of the culture/history of the sites. This review is not against the driver (Carlos) . He was kind and caring, he showed us around and drove the long way to show us the scenic route via the coast line.
