From the famous Well with a unique stairway (the initiate well in Quinta da Regaleira) to the immensity of the ocean clashing into land (at the most western point of Europe – Cabo da Roca) with the finish topping of the crown on top of the Mountain’s (Pena Palace).

Wonderful experience - Alex was the best guide!! - We did this tour with Alex and it was incredible. Alex was so knowledgeable and had so many interesting facts and myths to share about each stop. He was especially kind and patient with our inquisitive 11 year old son (who now considers him a friend for life ha!). The drive was the most incredible scenic drive that we could have never seen alone. Visiting the palaces and getting to understand the history and context of each palace was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed the lunch stop at the local restaurant off the beaten path, we would have never made it there ourselves. We would have liked to ride around with Alex for days. He truly made the trip extra special and we couldn’t thank him more! Worth every penny!! This is a must-do activity.

Like a close friend giving you the best tour ever - Absolutely 11/10 tour. If you go on the tour, ask for Tomas Silva (+351) 911820416. He has a vast memory bank of knowledge of Sintra. He makes the tour feel like a friend that is driving you around the city. Doesn’t get any better than that.

Strongly recommend their trips - the guides are great (Alex, you rock!), objectives are amazing and the jeeps are fun! - This trip gave us one of our best days in Portugal. The objectives and sights were amazing, the jeeps were cute and a lot of fun. Our private trip included a lunch in a family restaurant located in a more remote village. Very traditional, a hidden gem, with really good food - a go-to if you want an authentic vibe.
But these were not even the best parts. The best part was our guide. His knowledge is extensive and his passion immersed us in the history and the stories he shared. Add a lot of human warmth to the mix, good humour, and you’ll get the best guide ever - Alex.

Fun way to see Sintra - Excellent day visiting the highlights of Sintra, and surrounds. Tour was very well organised and the tour guide was very friendly and informative.

Adventure in Sintra - This excursion was incredible. Luis made the trip so memorable with his wonderful personality and amazing knowledge of the area. So much history and his long time spent in the area made the tour feel very special. Would recommend this trip to any who venture to Sintra and want to experience it with a local.

Just book the tour it is worth it - We had the best day with Rafa! Rafa had a wealth of knowledge about Sintra and the palaces that provided a tour of a lifetime. I highly recommend booking this tour as I don’t think I would have appreciated Sintra the same if I did this tour myself. We also had lunch at a local Portuguese restaurant that was amazing! We did not want this day to end

So much fun! - Alex was a great guide. We learned so much about Sintra and went to the most beautiful beach I've ever seen. We were able to see fishermen fishing off the cliffs of the beach. It was such a beautiful experience. This was #1 part of our trip. Thank you !

Best Sintra Hotels with Tomas - Unique experience! Tomas was a special Guide, super prepared and fun, who made us discover the beauties of Sintra, even those impossible to reach on your own. Tour really recommended for those who want a more adventurous trip (avoiding even the kilometer lines)

Unique and special! - We found this tour selecting from the many online tours, it seemed to us that it was more particular and sought after... and our expectations were not disappointed, indeed... a unique and special experience! Tomás, our Guide, took us on a journey that was truly rich in culture, beautiful landscapes, and showed us some real gems!
He also explained everything in Italian, helping us to better understand the history and culture! Excellent!!

Great way to see Sintra! - There is no way to really see Sintra without some sort of transportation. Taking a Jeep allowed us not only to see things easy to reach by regular road, but also allowed us to get off the beaten path. Alexandre was a great guide! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure we got to see some special things. Our tour ran a little late and he was very patient!
