• Colares - We’ll stop by a fantastic wine shop in Sintra. On this village farm, wine production was halted 100 years ago. The current owners, with the help of Portuguese and French experts, have studied the local soil and climate, modernized production, and revived their vineyards. They now produce high-quality red and white wines that are recognized both nationally and internationally.
• Adega Regional de Colares - Colares, the most unique appellation in the world. The cooperative winery at Colares (Adega Regional de Colares) was established in 1931. Today, it accounts for more than 50% of the region’s total production and plays a significant social role. Its beautiful building dates back to the late 19th century and features an impressive interior with wooden barrels, casks, and vats with a total capacity of over 1 million liters. It is the premier location for maturing and aging wines from this appellation.

• Driver/Guide: The driver complies with the rules of cleanliness and hygiene. The driver will wear a mask and must maintain the necessary distance according to the protocol. The health conditions of the driver will be assessed frequently.
• Protection: In our vehicles, alcohol gel and face masks will always be available free of charge, if customers need it. The driver will advise the use of a mask and hand cleaning with mandatory alcohol gel after all stops, before re-entering the vehicle.
