Manuel was amazing!! - Our tour guide Manuel was an amazing person and extremely knowledgeable. He was very patient and provided us an amazing experience as well as excellent customer service. 10/10 would recommend touring with him, ended up feeling like he was part of the family. Would travel with them again.

Tour of Sintra - The trip was great and very informative - beautiful countryside, our guide, Diogo, is a proud Lisboa citizen and he told personal stories combined with the history on Sintra, Lisbon and Portugal. He was authentic, very personable and concerned that each of us came away with more knowledge and a very positive experience.

Sintra-Cascais Amazing Day - What a day! It was excellent. Orlando was very knowledgeable and interesting. The whole experience from confirming the tour, making contact the day prior to pickup was first class.
Also, Orlando provided valuable insight into the renovations taking place at Peña Palace that saved us both time and money.
We would not hesitate to recommend Celina Tours with Orlando.

Lisbon tour with Pedro. - Pedro was a super star! We learned an incredible amount of Portuguese history, through informative and entertaining stories. He was gracious, fun, interesting and so helpful. This is a “must” tour while in Lisbon, and Pedro took it to the top! Obrigada from Wisconsin, USA.

Great experience overall with some areas for improvements ! - Our tour with Celina Tours in Lisbon was generally enjoyable. Communication via email before the tour was prompt and efficient, with the representative addressing our inquiries swiftly.
Our guide, Philip, was punctual and friendly. He shared a wealth of knowledge about the various historical sites. His English was good, albeit with a strong accent, and at times he spoke louder and longer than necessary, which somewhat detracted from appreciating the scenery.
Philip was very accommodating, giving us extra time for photos and helping us purchase the right tickets at Sintra. He even took some group photos for us, which was a nice touch.
Our group consisted of just eight people, which was comfortable. However, we were all crammed into a small, somewhat outdated minivan. The seating, especially in the front, was tight and uncomfortable, and the vehicle made rattling noises. The glove compartment door kept popping open on the cobblestone roads.
Despite these minor inconveniences, the charm of Lisbon's cobblestone streets shone through. A newer vehicle would have enhanced the experience. We would suggest shorter explanations in scenic areas to allow for more enjoyment of the views. Thank you to Celina Tours and Philip for their reliable and honest services.

Full Day Tour to Sintra, Check the Weather! - When booking this, triple check the weather and fire warnings as we did not get to see most of the sites due to fire closures. While this is not in the tour operator's control, by the time we were notified it was too late to cancel. Orlando, our tour guide, did his best to adapt to the circumstances, taking us to other locations that were open when we were unable to see the full sights of Sintra and the surrounding areas. Did get to spend a wonderful afternoon in Sintra, enjoying the shops, restaurants, scenery, and general ambience.

Avoid the Celina Tour Group - Avoid the Celina tour group. The worst tour we have been on. Driver kept getting lost and stalling the vehicle and even got pulled over by the cops. The tour states all you will see but there isn’t enough time. The driver even said that in the beginning. We were rushed at the end at Pena Palace. This was so bad we almost took an Uber from Sintra.
