Great staff who complimented our high energy group of 8 well.

The room was challenging. However, it’s hard to locate a key when you stick your hand in a dark hole and get cut by a shard of plastic sticking out. My husbands hand was actually bleeding, staff was made aware and didn’t even offer a bandaid. Just a “oh, sorry about that”. The Walkie talkies used to provide clues didn’t work. Every time the employee would talk, it would beep out. I kept saying “you have to repeat that, you beeped out” and after no attempt made to fix the issue, I left the room to go to the front desk to get the clue in person. The worker exchanged our Walkie talkie for one that was no better. We asked for a clue and the worker kept repeating where to find a code for a lock that was already unlocked so that was frustrating. We know there were cameras in the room so why she didn’t see that that was the first code we got open or that that lock was already open is beyond me. Price ways, this room was $7 more per person than rooms in Columbus and Omaha which were much better run in my opinion. It’s even more frustrating that we were one code away from getting out but due to constant technical issues, we ran out of time.
