The staff were wonderful, they answered all our questions and kept trying to help us improve during our experience, they made us pizza to get done around the time we finished our session and took care of us let us hang out and buy drinks. The whole set up was at taken care of and at ease! Thank you!

Rough Cut was a total fun experience. The gals running the place were friendly and very helpful when I wasn't throwing as well as I could. The environment was inviting and led to a good experience.

We had such a wonderful time at Rough Cut! There was 6 of us and after all of the rules, instructions, and practice we all had a blast! Thank you to the staff for being kind and giving great customer service.

Loved all the games and the atmosphere!

The environment was fun, staff were friendly. Loved all the suggestions for games to play while axe throwing! Our group had never done axe throwing before and the instructions and safety rules were very clear.

Had a great time, staff was courteous and friendly. It would be nice to have some coaching to try different ways to throw.

The experience was great. However, the employee behind the counter was oblivious to what was happening. I had to ask 4times for my paid for soda. The gentleman who instructed us on axe throwing was great, but his helper was clueless. This particular employee was also trying to tell us our time was up 35 mins beforehand and asked us to wrap up. We had clearly paid for an hour. He was just frustrating.
