There was no guarantee... - There was no guarantee that we would see the northern lights but we were fortunate to witness an especially spectacular display. We cannot fault their warmth and insight as hosts and the barbecue in the forest hut was a genuinely unique and truly memorable experience.

Amazing Experience with an Amazing Guide! - From pick up to drop off the entire trip was one of the most memorable experiences I've ever had. The equipment was clear and well maintained, the guide was prepared and very safety conscious and the snowmobiling was fantastic. When we made camp we had warm snacks and the company was wonderful. Although it wasn't a great night to see the lights, the trip was still magical and our tour guide went out of her way to ensure we had every opportunity to catch a glimpse of the lights. When she was dropping me back to my hotel she pointed them out in the distance to me and it was above and beyond what her hob entailed. She really made the trip amazing!

Cool trip into the snowy forests around Levi! - Very well organized tour into the snowy forests around Levi. Technical instructions on how to operate the snowmobile and then we were off straight away. We drove on existing snowmobile tracks, partly over frozen lakes, to a barbecue hut in the forest. There we had sausages from an open fire. The journey there and back took about 50 minutes. We stayed in the hut about 30 minutes. Johann (guide) and his partner were extremely friendly and told us a lot about the local culture. Unfortunately we didn't see any northern lights, but you can't plan for that. It was a great experience, but the price/performance ratio is something to consider.

Good equipment but better to enjoy more intimist experience - snowmobiles and explanations are high quality and professional , but unfortunately no northern lights these days. The " typical sausage has not so interest since we were too many peoples and not as i expected. Then unfortunately we were around 25 drivers , some of them were very afraid and slow, and team took too much time to separate the groups.. but global is experience is quite good, since the snow was fantastic. but i' would recommend a small group experience and not a tourist cart...

15-20 km/h drive, in a queue with 50 people. - We were there with 2 adults and 4 children aged 7/9/11/13. Unfortunately, the children in the sleigh didn't get to enjoy the ride because they were under a roof that had no view and were just waiting for the finish. We were in a group of around 50 people and could only ride in a line behind one another. The speed was between 15-20 kmh. So it wasn't fun. The operators tried hard, but it wasn't what I had imagined.

Missing 2 hours - Less than 1 hour driving the snowmobile in a 3 hour excursion. All we did was stop, stop, stop and more stops. The northern lights were never going to be visible due to the brightness of the moon etc which is fine but yet we stop, stop, stop. Do I get a pro-rata refund for the 2 hours lost?
