Out and about in Sitka! - We loved this tour! Fortress of the Bear was a hit with our teens and we loved the mission to save orphaned cubs. We only spent about 45 min at this location, but it was enough. The really hit of this trip is the boat out to the Silver Bay homestead. The vessel was new and very nice! The views on the way out and in were amazing. We loved the campfire and s’mores when we arrived, walking the stone beach and hearing the local stories around the fire. The salmon snacks were very good! Would definitely recommend or do again when in the area!
