• Harbor Mountain Trail - Depending on the weather, one option is a journey up Harbor Mountain Road in our 4x4 Truck to witness the breathtaking beauty of Sitka Sound from the mountain’s summit.

• Alaska Raptor Center - This tour includes two admissions per guest. The Alaska Raptor Center is a choice available to guests. Renowned worldwide for its rehabilitation of eagles and other raptors, visitors can enjoy presentations, exhibits, and trails during their visit.
• Starrigavan Recreation Area - While tours vary daily to select the best location based on the season, wildlife viewing opportunities, or weather, Starrigavan Recreation Area is a frequent stop. It is one of our wheelchair-accessible locations.
  A variety of habitats are present at Starrigavan Recreation Area. Look for great blue herons, bald eagles, common mergansers, belted kingfishers, canvasbacks, mallards, buffleheads, and many other birds along the Estuary Life Trail, a barrier-free ¼-mile boardwalk. Coho and pink salmon return to Starrigavan Creek from July through September, attracting river otters or brown bears. Watch for Sitka black-tailed deer and brown bears on the ¾-mile Forest and Muskeg Trail.
