Must visit place and Gul is a really nice and polite lady. - Tour was so amazing and views were awestruck. The bus that took us there was quite spacious and comfortable. Gul took us to every places and take care of very little things. I would highly recommend the tour to shahdag if you are coming to Ajerbaijan.

most beautiful roads and sunrise - This is the first leg of our trip. We reached Baku in the morning at around 1:30am and waited in the airport till dawn. The driver, Elsen picked us up who was very cooperative and tried his best to communicate. Also, i must mention all the help we got from Tabriz and Rasul. You were both so quick in responding always that you made travelling on our own very easy. Thank you!

Amazing place, worth the long ride - Amazing place to visit. Perfect for pics and adventure. Weather was great. Special mention to roller coaster ride. They can have some more restaurants. All around place was worth visit. The tour guide was super helpful and added 2-3 spots extra from his experience. Wonderful management by Heritage travels.

Truly awesome Azerbaijan - We had a great experience. Our guide Layla was awesome. Her English was great and she has a good sense of humor. She drove us from Baku to Shahdag and she provided a bit of history on the region. She also took us to see the mud volcanoes on a different occasion .We highly recommend Layla, she really provided great customer service and was very knowledgable.

Great hospitality - Great hospitality by Ali. It was coordinated very well. I definitely recommend this tour. Do not miss the gondola ride.

Good trip, but there was a bad choice of restaurant - Peace be upon you. It was a good experience, but there are very poor and expensive choices of restaurants. The lack of ready-made points of sale in a restaurant. Poor treatment by the restaurant in general.

Poor - The car was very bad with no working air conditioner. The tour says english speaking guide, whereas he was just a driver who could barely speak any english. He kept talking on his phone the entire time which was very irritating after a point. I spent extra money on private tour so that I could have a luxurious trip but it was very bad quality, wish I could get my money back! Very disappointed with the kind of quality Viator provided.

Worst tour in Baku - The guide, Azander, was terrible. He hardly spoke to us. He told us nothing about the country and he didn't give us any inforrmation about where we were going what we would see, how long the stops were. He waited 30 minutes for a guest who never showed up and later got mad at us for being late because he wanted to get back to Baku. He brought us to a terrible restaurant We all couldn't find anything good on the menu and with high prices. So we wasted time looking for another restaurant. We couldn't find him after we came off the cable ride. So we wasted more time. Then he got angry at a passenger blaming it on him I,ve taken many tours and was one of the worst. He just seemed to ignore the guests most of the time. Azander should not be a tour guide.
