Amazing sights and adventure. Awesome tour guide - My husband and I took this tour with Morgan as our guide during our Alaskan cruise. The sights were amazing. Beautiful nature- saw a bear across the lake. Many eagles. But I want to brag sooooo much on our guide, Morgan. My husband took a tumble in the ditch right off the bat of our ride. Morgan was unbelievably professional and caring. Thankfully my husband wasn’t hurt too bad so we continued our journey. But he lost his glasses. After returning to the scene twice, we still didn’t find them. Later we got a text from Morgan he had went back AGAIN and found them. Not only that but he also drove out to meet us at the dock to give them to my husband. Faith in humanity is restored. What an AWESOME young man. I pray for the BEST IN HIS FUTURE. God Bless You. Loved this excursion! - This was an amazing excursion! Andrew was our tour guide and he rocked it! We started by getting familiar with the scooters then off we went. Andrew was very knowledgeable about the history of the Gold Rush era as well as some of the founders of Skagway. We drove our scooters to some beautiful locations and even stopped to take some beautiful pictures of mountains, glaciers (which we drank from), a bear cave and a gorgeous eagle that he spotted in a tree during our journey. This was an experience we will always remember! Thank you Andrew!

Great tour - One of my favorite tours! Scooters are easy enough to figure out, and Morgan our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. I love that he supplied all kinds of gear to help stay warm and protected. Wonderful scenery as well

AMAZING TOUR - This was by far the BEST shore excursion. We had a group of 7. We encountered the most amazing sites along the way that included a black bear. Our guide was knowledgeable about Skagway. We had so many photo opportunities while we took in the breathtaking scenery.

Scoot'n Along! - This excursion was an absolute blast! As the seven of us were reminiscing on all the adventures we shared while in Alaska for 12 days, Skagway Scooters is among the top. Our guide was amazing. He went out of his way to share parts of Skagway and surrounding areas that would never have seen. The views and backroads far exceeded our expectations. Thanks Guys! We will differently be doing this one again next time we find ourselves in Skagway.

Scootin’ in Skagway - Skagway Scooters was a fabulous adventure. We decided to explore on our own verses an organized tour. Morgan told us the best places to go and gave us a map. His pre trip instructions were great and he provides jackets, helmets, gloves, etc. for no extra charge. Don’t miss this hidden treasure!!

Did NOT honor his word! - My husband and I were excited to do this adventure. It started off just fine. Morgan, our guide, was helpful and courteous. He made sure we were comfortable with handling the scooters with a few trips around the driveway before we began. It had been raining off and on prior to our appointment but it had stopped raining and the sun was peeking through when we headed out. We hadn't gone even a mile up the mountain when it began to rain significantly. We stopped at an overlook approximately 1-2 miles up the mountain at which point Morgan offered to cancel the tour and refund our money due to the weather and possible hazardous conditions. He did NOT offer before we left because it was not raining and the sun was peeking through the clouds so there was no reason to offer to cancel. We decided to accept his offer to cancel and refund for our safety and drove back down to the office. After a few days I checked my credit card statement and the refund had not been processed so I contacted Skagway Scooters. Morgan informed me that NO Refund would be given. He said that one was offered before we left the office but once we left refunds were no longer available. This is not true. No offer was made before we left. Why would he need to offer when it was not raining and the sun was shining through the clouds? His response was "you were given every chance to cancel before we left the property. There will be no refund." That is not the case. He never offered before we left the property. He did NOT honor his word. This is just a warning to anyone else considering this tour.
