- Carcross Desert - The Carcross Desert is located just minutes outside of Carcross on your way to Emerald Lake. This is a great stop to get out and stretch your legs, walk up some sand dunes and enjoy the beauty of the area.
- Emerald Lake - About 10 miles outside Carcross is Emerald Lake. This is the turn around point of our recommended route. Emerald Lake is a pristine green lake surrounded by beautiful mountains.

Amazing scenery! - This was so much fun and a great way to see the amazing mountains and scenery! We would do this tour again and recommend to anyone!

Great trip!! - We really liked being able to stop where we wanted and replay the audio for selected points of interests. Having the print-out of the tour was critical for the trip back for any points we wanted to revisit in afternoon sun compared to morning sun.

Highly recommended - Awesome experience driving the Klondike Highway from Skagway to Carcross Yukon Territory. The included guide iPad was informative and kept us on the right track. Highlight beyond the incredible vistas was seeing several mountain goats soon after passing the Yukon border. The Jeep was nice and the rental experience was excellent.

Enjoyed the BEAUTIFUL scenery! - Beautiful scenery the entire trip. I thought it was very expensive since it was just the two of us. You could probably just rent a car for the day, and it would make it a lot cheaper.

The Jeep tour was a... - The Jeep tour was a blast! Check in was only a few hundred feet away from the dock and was quick and easy. The iPad tour guide worked flawlessly and the Jeep was clean, new, and handled well. The sites along the Klondike Highway were spectacular.
Treat yourself and get the private Jeep tour and skip the blue-hair bus ride!

Excellent choice. - Very easy check in and check out process. Only a couple blocks from cruise pier and an easy walk. Jeep was in great shape and ready to roll.
Didn’t really need a jeep because we didn’t do anything off road but enjoyed it. The narrated tour on the IP worked flawlessly and was really helpful and appreciated.

Our favorite memories of the trip because no crowds and lots of adventure. - Our favorite experience. We were happy to get away from the crowds and get into our own vehicle. We made it to Emerald Lake and saw bear and moose along the way. Enjoyed lunch at the Bistro. Lots of great info would pop up during the drive in a timely manner of the speaker. No issues other than the large crowd that formed when the office was opening and the boats were unloading and everyone was eager to get started. The gas station next door let us use the bathroom and get coffee and muffins while waiting. Everyone in the town was great.

Book on site for best price. - We loved going out on our own, stopping at our own leisure, traveling at our own pace. Jeep was clean and comfortable. Viator states that you can pick up Jeep at 7:30 AM but they don’t open until 8:00 AM. FYI - This is actually an Avis business and is way less expensive if you rent directly from them on site. Booking through Viator was almost $200 more.

Not well organized - The drive is certainly beautiful but pretty long.
We grew frustrated with this company as the check in process took more than 30 minutes despite having prearranged our vehicles.
Also, we had to turn back because the iPad was not working to have it rebooted
