Your Greek guide will open the doors to the world of olive oil production in our mill, sharing the time-honored Cretan methods of olive tree cultivation. Guests will get the chance to relish the distinct taste and scent of extra virgin olive oil along with other traditional Cretan delights. Those following vegeterian diets are enthusiastically invited. The possibility to purchase extra virgin olive oil and other locally produced items will also be available. Children and pets are more than welcome to join as well.

Amazing tour and tasting! - Wonderful tour! The place is gorgeous, and the tour is both informative and engaging, providing insight into the entire olive oil production process. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and very service-minded. After the tour, you can enjoy a lovely tasting session, and they can accommodate a vegan diet. Overall, it’s a fantastic experience that offers both education and enjoyment.

Impressive experience - We came here without Reservation, but were lucky enough to be able to participate directly in a tour. And that was just great. First we were told everything we needed to know about olive growing in the olive grove. Then we visited the olive oil extraction facilities. At the end came the tasting of the oil, which was excellently organized.

Best Olive Farm Experience - Great Tour of the Olive farm with Theodora, who was informative, bubbly & humorous. We really enjoyed it! After the tour we did a tasting, almost could not believe our eyes with the variety of breads, cheeses & fruit we were served. It was amazing!! We ate way too much & had a lot of fun.

A must. - This tour and tasting was fantastic. Mary our guide and host was tremendous. Loved the tour of the farm and especially the tasting afterwards. The olive oil is so so good. We were staying in Plakias for the week and drove two hours for it and it was definitely worth it.

Wonderful experience - It was a wonderful experience. They explained everything about the olive farm, from tree to bottle. The lady was very caring and friendly. Afterwards we got many amazing things to try. There is also a little shop where you can buy their olive oil. Really nice!!!

Delicious experience. We learned a lot! - Mary was a warm and knowledgeable guide with perfect English. It was as much a window into Cretan family culture and history as it was about the trade of olive growing and olive oil making. Very interesting process with highly sustainable practices. The lunch provided after was delightful! Highly recommend

Informative & Delicious! - Our family loved this tour & tasting! The family was warm and welcoming and very informative about the entire process as well as the tasting. It was an easy walk through the olive trees to learn about olive farming, followed by a look and lesson about the equipment and process, and ending with a delicious tasting! Would definitely recommend this tour!

You will learn so much about olive oil production! - From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed to the farm and offered water. Our tour guide was so kind and knew answers to all of our questions. Our group learned so much new information about olive oil harvesting and production. Great time and a lovely spread of olives, breads, figs/grapes in syrup, cheese, smoked meat afterwards.
