The tour begins with a hotel pick-up at 08:00, followed by a two-hour journey to Niš. Upon arrival in Niš, the group will meet with a local guide and the tour will commence with a historical narrative about Čegar Hill, taking participants back to the era of Stevan Sinđelić and the renowned Čegar battle, a tale of bravery that captured global attention. The next stop is the Skull Tower, a breathtaking site where the guide will share its history. The tour continues along Tsarigrad Road to Niška Banja, a spa located 7 km from the center of Niš. Here, participants will enjoy a walk and discussions about the past, beautiful villas, a king, a prime minister, notable events, Agatha Christie, and bygone days. Following the Orient Express drive, a delightful tram ride will create lasting memories. A brief bus ride on Via Militaris will include a stop at the Mediana archaeological site, where the guide will discuss Constantine the Great and the Edict of Milan. After exploring ancient history, the tour proceeds to the Fortress for a stroll and discussions about its gates, hammam, arsenal, powder magazines, old Roman streets, a mosque, Felix Kanitz, the first prison, red carpet, and the Film Festival. The journey continues to the “Building where history lives,” the Castle, featuring Anton Avgustinčić, Đorđe Krstić, Branko Miljković, and other notable artists. The walk concludes at Kazandžijsko Sokače, the historic street of Niš, where the group can relax and enjoy a cup of coffee.

After the official tour, the group will visit Vinski Podrum Malča, one of the region’s finest wineries, for a tour, wine tasting, and lunch.

Upon completion, the group will return to Skopje via an alternative route to visit the Monastery Prohor Pčinjski, a significant site in Macedonian history.

Finally, the tour returns to Skopje.
