Great bike ride through the Skoura palm oasis - We did not make a reservation ahead, but found Adnan by following the signs for Skoura VTT from the Kasbah Amridil. We called the number on the door and he was with us in less than a minute. The Cannondale bikes are very good quality and well maintained. He has some e-bikes too and he has helmets and some basic tools available. Adnan was super helpful, speaks great English. He offers guided tours too, but we went out on our own. The oasis is a maze of small roads and tiny tracks, super fun to ride. There are not many places for a coffee break, but we recommend a stop at Ecolodge Sawadi, beautiful place and very friendly people. The trip ended with tea and dates in the garden of Adnans family.

Great place to stay. - These beautiful luxury townhouse serviced apartments are an ideal base for a stay on the west coast. As regular visitor to the island this was the first time visiting as a couple. Theses apartments are ideal but can also accommodate a family of four. The apartments are as in photos over three floors. Ground floor has two bedrooms with built in wardrobes and large family bathroom with walk in shower. Second floor, large spacious open plan living space. Well equipped kitchen if you want to cook and eat in. Comfortable living area with tv. There is also a cloakroom on this floor so you don’t have to go downstairs to the toilet. The third floor is through a locked door that leads to outside staircase to roof terrace. The sunny terrace is home to table and chairs, couple of sun loungers and a lovely plunge pool. We didn’t use this area but it was very pretty and a lovely place to have morning coffee/breakfast, lunch or afternoon sundowners. The apartments have a car park if you wish to hire a car although you don’t need one. You are only steps away from bus stops that will take you into Speightown to the north or Holetown to the south. Beaches are 5mins walk. If you are looking for sun beds Rico on the beach will do you a deal for a weekly rate. His beds are next to JuJu’s Beach Bar- a great spot for lunch. Close by are Lonestar, Juma’s and the Fairmount hotel. If you need a larger property, Garden grove have 3 bedroom townhouses close by . Would also recommend Mullins Grove 5 mins walk from the famous Mullins Beach. I recommended these apartment to 2 young couples when they attended a wedding in St Peter. I have been in these apartment and can confirm they are the same high standard. Thank you for a wonderful stay Nicole and the rest of the team. Will definitely be coming back.

Fantastic! - This was a fantastic time! We learned so much about Skoura, the fascinating mixture of new and old lifestyles, witnessed the wonderful views of the valley, and had great conversation over tea after the bike ride.

Amazing experience - We went for a mountain bike ride as a family. Adnane was an exceptional guide, he was able to adapt to children while providing adults with interesting descriptions of the palm grove and the buildings. The bikes were in good condition, there were helmets for the children... There is nothing to complain about, many thanks again!
