Perfect day - What a perfect way to end our trip to Iceland. Be sure to take your time in each step of the ritual. Highly recommend.

Relaxation plus - First, this is just about Sky Lagoon, we did not use this company for transfer. The Lagoon warm baths are great, after shower and putting on bathing suit, a sheltered walk to the water, which is uniform in temperature, and maybe a bit cooler in separate section. the seven step sauna experience is great, first a cold dunk, then sauna, not so hot onloe levels, but great viwe of the waters around there, then misty shower, cool, and gritty (slat) rub to defoliate, followed by steam bath and regular shower to clean it off, with reentry ot the spa baths after. There is a ar and nice section at he wall to make you think it goes on forever. For us tis was a great visit to get over long flight and lack of sleep.

Magical Experience - What a magical location. Loved our time there and would go back again. The seven step routine was relaxing and fun.

Spa Day - It was a nice relaxing experience. You can spend one to five hours enjoying the experience. Plan on spending some time relaxing.

MUST DO - It was definitely an INCREDIBLE experience. We went twice. Once on TA and then by ourselves and TA was cheaper. The experience on the ritual was fab. Notes U need swim wear or they make u rent it. U can take your phone and at the water bar they sell water proof bags to put them in. The technology with charging to your arm band in wonderful and very helpful. The second time was just as good but so much of a surprise. Icelandic people love their hot pools and so did we. Busy times are 4- to around 6 as people go after work Blue lagoon pools weren’t open at this time due to the volcano covering the road with lava but we didnt feel at at all like we missed the experience e

Perfect experience - We LOVED this experience. We booked the 7-Step Ritual, and every step was lovely. Really enjoyed the full body scrub and the geothermal pool, especially with a glass of champagne. I will definitely come back!

Lovely Experience - Our driver picked us up exactly on time at our hotel. The car was new, clean and the driver was pleasant. Sky Lagoon was not overly crowded, checkin was smooth and they gave us all instructions. The Lagoon was very nice and loved having a swim up bar. Locker rooms were clean and safe, even included hair dryers. We stayed 2 hours from drop off and pick up which was plenty for us. Very nice experience, would do again.

Sky Lagoon in - Private pick up and return. Very nice place. Note: 3 drink maximum. Clean and private showere and changing area. Giant panoramic sauna was nice

Awesome start to the trip! - So surprised at how much I loved this lagoon. When You think about Iceland, you think blue lagoon… this place is of equal caliber in my opinion. We landed in Reykjavik around 9:30. Gave ourselves enough time for a transfer at 12:30. Spent the day at the sky lagoon. Perfect start to our trip in Iceland. Possibly even helped w/any jet lag…. Highly recommend if planning to see some amazing memorable lagoons. Beautiful!

The good the bad and the ugly - My recent visit to the Sky Lagoon had its ups and downs, and I’d like to share my experience to help future visitors make informed decisions. **The Good:** The lagoon itself is absolutely stunning. The tranquil waters and scenic views create a relaxing atmosphere that’s hard to beat. The swim-up bar was a highlight, offering a unique and enjoyable experience. The locker rooms were well-maintained and convenient, making it easy to store belongings securely. **The Not So Good:** However, I must point out some significant issues we encountered. The floors, especially in the locker and shower areas, were extremely gross and slippery. This posed a safety hazard, and I would strongly recommend bringing slip-resistant shower shoes to avoid any accidents. **The Disappointing:** The biggest letdown of our visit was related to the 7-step ritual package. I had booked our visit several months in advance and specifically chosen this package. A few weeks before our trip, I received a message via WhatsApp informing me that the spa was undergoing renovations and that our package would be downgraded to the "light" package. Initially, I was understanding of the situation. However, upon arrival, we overheard other guests discussing their 7-step ritual packages, which had not been canceled. It became clear that the renovations had been delayed, and the full package was available to guests who had booked more recently. This was incredibly frustrating, as we had not been contacted about the change in availability. It seems only fair that those of us who booked early and were initially downgraded should have been given the option to reclaim our original packages before they were offered to new guests. Overall, while the lagoon itself is beautiful and the experience could have been wonderful, the mismanagement of the 7-step ritual packages left a sour taste in our mouths. I hope that the management will address these issues to ensure a more equitable and enjoyable experience for all visitors in the future.
