Memorable tour with great sights - The tour had two sections, around Yogyakarta and from Yogjakarta to Tumpak Sewu waterfall, Mt Bromo and Mt Ijen dropping you off at the ferry port in Java. We had a great tour with two wonderful guides, Atok around Yogjakarta and Dani for the rest of the tour with great support from their office. Both guides were reliable, friendly, knowledgable and fun taking us to great places to eat and providing interesting insights into Java. All the guides and drivers at the various locations were good and the drivers made you feel safe. Overall a memorable tour with beautiful sights.

Great tour, well arranged - We had an excellent time with Amra and Dani, our tour guides for 6 days. They both knew a lot about a wide range of topics: local history, politics, religion and agricultural. Also, both are just very kind and friendly persons who are pleasant to be around with. With them, we always felt very safe and being taken care of. Transport (luxury car) was very comfortable: important as you'll spend many hours of driving from A to B. It's a big island. Even though the weather wasn't ideal (as we were traveling in 'wet season'), all the different tour parts were interesting and relevant. Points of feedback we would like to give to the organization for further improvement: - please be clear which meals are included (breakfast, lunch, dinner). - please provide day-to-day instructions in advance of what to prepare/bring for each part of the tour (e.g. extra dry clothes for swimming activities, what kind of shoes are required, what kind of clothes, should we bring a towel, flashlight, will it be muddy/dirty etc). - please provide information beforehand when parts of the tour are physically (very) straining (like Ijen crater). - for what we were paying (650 euro for a 5 day tour + 1 full day of only traveling) we would expect the food to be all-inclusive (including breakfast, snacks, lunch, dinner) and a slightly higher quality of stay (there are many relatively inexpensive guest houses on Java). - Don't only focus on the sight-seeing, but also try to let your guests lunch/dine at interesting places (e.g. the best local traditional food, or with great viewpoints). - please make sure that there are take-away breakfast/lunch boxes at all times when needed to travel before breakfast/lunch starts at the hotel

Great guide and driver on great trip - Our Driver and guide Dani was a great travel companion who we could ask all our questions about Indonesia and even world politics ;-). Apart from going to the main attractions in our trip he showed us many fruits and introduced other foods in a local warung. And the way he navigates through the crazy traffic with such a relaxt mindset was an attraction in itself! Highly recommend travelling with Dani. Who for sure makes a difference wherever you go to. He did all he could do to bring us to a harbour to catch a boat in time, although a flood had obstructed some of the roads. Thank you for all Dani!

Yogyakarta to East Java to Bali - Travelled to Yogyakarta in Aug 2022 and visited Borobudur, Merapi Jeep tour, Prambanan, Jomblang cave and Dieng Plateau. Was an experience to remember! We had such a fabulous time with our guide and driver Widi that we definitely wanted to return for another trip to East Java with him. We arrived at East Java in Mar 2023 with Widi again. Key highlights were the Tumpak Sewu waterfall, Mt bromo and Ijen trekking. It was another superb trip thanks to Widi. He ensured that all our needs were met and we had experienced local guides at the waterfall and Ijen arranged for us which was crucial. Kudos to Widi and his service!! We ended the East Java trip by taking a ferry to Bali (which was fuss free) for an extended free-and-easy few days.
