Great experience!! - Er had a great time visiting the Prambanan temple and ballet, including a nice dinner recommended by our guide Wahyu. If founder interested in traditional dance/music, I would definitely recommend to book the ballet as well. Don’t forget your raincoat in rain season 😏

Very nice Prambanan experience - We had a very nice experience going to Prambanan & the ballet together with Wahyu. He picked us up directly at our hotel and drove us to all the locations. He also made a nice recommendation for dinner, next to the river. I can only recommend to do tours with him - on Sunday we will go again! :)

Prambanan Temple and Ballet - Beautiful scenery and rich history at the Temple! The walls are beautifully decorated and the interiors are majestic with all their grandeur. It is definitely worth the walk to visit all the temples! The Ballet was also a great display of artistry. Beautiful gamelan ensemble mixed with the ornate dancers was an exciting experience. They also have the story in various languages in case you don't speak Indonesian/Javanese.

10/10 experience - Amazing experience! Our guide knew all the best and most affordable places to eat near the activities and was very great to talk to. we didn’t have to worry about anything! Just enjoyed the day and the performances!

Great experience - Everything was great! Our driver Yusuf was very knowledgeable about nature and culture, and offered us some delicious "snake" fruits.

Cultural enrichment - This was a fantastic afternoon and evening out. We loved the museum and then grilled fish for lunch. Prambanan temple complex was amazing and we added on a local guide. Legend of Roro Tanggang was the Friday night show which was a cultural insight and funny too. Wahyu was a great guide with good English and safe driving.

Book directly with Wahyu! - Would recommend all, we hadn’t really looked into the museum but it was a wonderful experience, it is in a beautiful location and offers a whistle-stop tour of Javanese history (through a mandatory guided tour that takes 45 minutes).
The trip was excellent because of Wahyu, who proved to be a very insightful guide and a delight to spend time with. Would highly recommend going with him, and booking directly by contacting him on +62 89 772 595 17 or @guide_chauffeur_yogyakarta (the Tripadvisor tour is bit of a rip off since none of the entrance tickets are included and they take approx. 30%, after you get your ‘ticket’ with a barcode you don’t actually need it for anything)

A cultural experience - I really liked to visit Yogyakarta in this tour. The guide was attentive and he knows a lot of the culture of the city. Also he can gives you several tips for foods and activities. You would not regret it!

Good value and flexible - We contacted Wahyu with a specific itinerary in mind and he accommodated it without any problems. He was very courteous and knowledgeable about the places that he took us to and overall provided a great trip.
