Motorbike rental for Alsace wine route - Excellent day touring the wine route thanks to Eric and his great company. I was looking for a way to see the countryside without renting a car or taking a professional tour. This was an amazing opportunity! Eric was kind and extremely helpful. He made our trip to Alsace perfect. Highly recommend.

Amazing Way To Explore Alsace - What an amazing way to experience a beautiful part of France! The electric motor bike was very easy to operate - I do not drive or ride any type of motorcycle and rarely ride a bike - so while I was a bit nervous, Eric showed me what I needed to know and let me practice a little prior to the outing. The route was perfect - beautiful area with nothing but you and the road. Cars are used to driving with bicycles and motorbikes, so the traffic was easy. The route to the castle (chateau du haut koeningsburg) was breathtaking, and because the motorbike is electric, there is no noise so the ride was very peaceful. Several places to stop to get lunch or a coffee. If you are looking for a place that is a little off the tourist route, and get a feel for the area in a more intimate way - Wattrider motorbike tours is the way to go!

An amazing way to see the spectacular wine route of Alsace - My wife, my son and I rented two electric motor bikes from Eric the first week in June. We rode them from his shop near old town Selestat to Haut Koenigsbourg castle high up in the Voges mountains. After touring the castle we rode to one of the most beautiful small towns you will ever see, Ribeauville. It is our third time visiting this amazing town but this was our best visit yet. You are allowed to ride your motor bike up the long walking street. It was our first visit to Ribeauville that I wasn't exhausted after. We then returned to Selestat. We did this easily in a half a day but I would recommend taking a full day so that you can see more of this incredible countryside. I will definitely be renting from Eric again. We loved the absolutely silent ride through the majestic forests surrounding the castle. Instead of the noise of a gas motorcycle, we enjoyed the song of birds and other sounds of the forest. We were able to fully enjoy the aroma of the forest as we drove in perfect weather. Eric went the extra mile by printing out a map with our route, suggesting restaurants and offering to book them for us. He was extremely accommodating with our schedule. This is a very professional and reputable company. Rent these bikes. You won't regret it.

DON’T book! Does not exist! No communication at all - This tour does NOT exist! I booked for me and my girlfriend on a Sunday at 10am. When I called beforehand to let them know we were coming they didn’t answer. We arrived at the town all the way from Strausborg (40 minute drive) exactly on time and found no one at the meeting spot only a residential house. Then we went to the store that was mentioned and it was also closed with no other people there. I used my limited French to leave a message on their answering machine on their phone. No one answered even when I called 7 times. I would like my money back. This was a VERY big waste of time instead of the nice romantic trip I thought it was going to be. No communication, not good directions, terrible service for a big price.
