Excellent value with a well paced day through Luzzu Cruises - This trip with Luzzu cruises was incredible value and we really enjoyed the day. We booked this tour with a slight reservation due to the full day - approx 7 hours but the whole day was very enjoyable and was well paced. We benefited from extra layers on the return journey. That said it is still February! Some others had not taken extra layers and looked chilly. The boat was so comfortable and a pleasure to sail on. Pros: Lots Excellent value for the travel involved. Appropriate time at Gozo capital. We should have done some research before going to see where to go but found the Citadel by accident! Walking through Victoria was an eye opener to experience a taste of life on Gozo. Time at Blue Lagoon was good too. We chose not to swim(!) but enjoyed taking in the Blue Lagoon and the area around. Drinks / toilets/ snack available. Crew- All crew members were helpful getting on and off the ferry. Felt reassured. A great well paced day of sight seeing. Cons - minor ones Some guidance on toilet facilities in Victoria would have been helpful. It’s a long day and a loo break is inevitable by the time you get to Victoria. The trip clearly states time in Victoria so worth having a think bout where to explore. Lots to see. Coach driver on Gozo was fine. We ended up waiting for a whole group of nine ( there’s always some people who think their time is more important than anyone else’s!) and it was then that we realised that the coach didn’t have air conditioning. Even in Feb we were roasting. Wouldn’t have been a problem had we left on time.

The perfect day trip - We had an amazing day that ran smoothly and was very well coordinated. All the staff were both friendly and helpful. The boat was amazing with glass viewing windows on the bottom deck which was a bonus as we had not expected this. We did not swim as it felt to cold in January. We had a plenty of time at each stop on Gozo to do what we wanted to do. In all it was a perfect trip that we would highly recommend

Beautiful scenes, more of a transportation service than a tour though - The stops are lovely and the boat was clean. They do fill the boat even in off season so can feel quitee cramped and not a seat for everyone. The bus part was more of a transportation service with very little information about where you are visiting

Great Winter Boat Trip in Malta - Great boat trip, seeing the coast of Malta, Comino and arriving at Gozo. Onshore experience was a little lacking as previous excursions have included a full island tour. However the longer stay in Victoria allowed for partaking in the local delicacies and drinks . Highly recommend the ricotta pastie and local beer. . Camino and the Blue Lagoon are beautiful. Unfortunately, in the winter we did not feel the water temperature is suitable for swimming but few of our fellow passengers did partake. Overall, a great value for money experience.

Sights worth seeing but a tour lacking substance - The trip took us to see some nice sights the blue lagoon was the highlight of the trip. Where this fell short was the number of tickets sold and people on the boat exceeded the amount that would fit on the bus on the island. This meant 24 of the group were separated onto minibuses away from the tour guide who was on the bus. As part of the minibus group you got dropped off at a site and told a time to be back with no information where you are, what’s there, or any recommendations which was really disappointing and below the standard of other tours we’ve been on. It would have made much more sense if the groups then met up with the guide at each location for a briefing but this was not the case. I would advise looking at another provider for this reason.

Good views on blue lagoon - The boat tour was great (Beware of harsh wind conditions that causes waves, unless you have a stomach made of steel 😉) , there were explanations about the island. however the bus tour was just a transfer to one picture spot and Victoria at the center of Gozo. The driver just dropped us with no indication of what to do and told us we will be picked up an hour and half later. Great picture spot of the blue lagoon though

Worth Visiting, But Not With This Company - This tour takes you to some incredible places that are well worth visiting. The Blue Lagoon and Gozo are absolutely beautiful, and anyone traveling to Malta should make the effort to see them. However, this specific tour had some major issues. The number of tickets sold for the cruise exceeded the number of available seats on the tour bus upon arrival in Gozo. As a result, 24 people were separated from the main group and placed into minibuses, visiting each site without the tour guide. This meant that at every stop, we were dropped off without any explanation of where we were, no recommendations on what to see or do, and no information about the area—not even its name. Instead, we were simply told "10 minutes" or "1 hour" before being left on our own. There was an obvious solution to this: the groups could have been reunited at each location so that everyone could benefit from the tour guide's knowledge. Unfortunately, this didn’t happen. It was a real disappointment. I imagine the experience was much better for those who stayed with the tour guide, but for everyone else, it was a total letdown. I would recommend booking with a different company to ensure you get the most out of your day.
