A Great day out and reasonably priced. - Good day out. Great Catamaran and boat trip to the Islands. The bus into Victoria on Gozo Island was well worth but time is limited so make the most of it. Probably wouldn’t have bothered seeing the caves especially when we’ve seen others in different countries. Boat crew were great and a shout out to Pak Reza. Sumpai jumpa lagi.

Tour to Gozo and Comino . I see four - The trip was amazing . Everything was according to the schedule and on time . Agenda of the visit was appropriate with time allotted for the tour . We covered all important and interesting places in Gozo & Comino. I would recommend it for my friends for sure . I wish there was a time for lunch break , otherwise everything was amazing.

No Advice Before the trip on how rough the sea crossing was likely to be. Many of the passengers were sea-sick. - When we booked the trip it would have been the decent thing to advise customers how rough the crossing can be. The sea was very choppy and a lot of the passengers were very unwell. When we arrived at Gozo when I mentioned my wife was not well their attitude was ‘not our problem’ and did not wait. I wish I had paid by credit card and could block payment as they were not up front on what to expect. It was a very bad experience; my advice buyer beware or chose your company carefully.

2 WEEKS LATER - TRIP CANCELED AND NOT REFUNDED - The trip was canceled because of the weather. I asked for my money back and they told me to contact the customercare email. They were quick to answer me, but after I provided all the details they didn’t answer anymore. I messaged them again and no refund.

Lost Money - Avoid iseemalta.com! - We booked a Two-Islands Return Trip (Gozo and Comino Blue Lagoon) trip for November 10th at 10:00 AM through iseemalta.com. When we arrived, we were told the trip was canceled due to weather, yet we never received any cancellation email. The employees at the dock were extremely rude and claimed they had no connection to the online site. They couldn’t even tell us who to contact for help. We lost over €100 for tickets for three people and were left stranded without a boat trip. Thankfully, another company stepped in, helped us figure out who to contact, and sold us tickets for their trip. To make things worse, we found out that there were no weather issues at all—all other cruises were running as scheduled. iseemalta.com staff outright lied to us. For over a week, we’ve been trying to reach every email and phone number provided on their site. None of the emails work, and no one picks up the listed numbers. We finally received a text from one of the numbers saying, “text me.” This clearly shows they didn’t want to talk to us. They only redirected us to the same non-functional email address. When we tried to follow up again, we were ignored completely. This company is a complete scam. They don’t care about their customers, and their lack of accountability is shocking. Save yourself the headache—book with a more reliable company!
