Great company - nice modern bus - friendly staff - We were impressed with the nice modern open top bus that we hopped on - a big cut above some of the tatty vehicles we had seen other companies using. The route was interesting and we got spectacular views from the tok deck. We messed up our timings - entirely our own fault - so we missed the departure time for the harbour cruise but I'm sure that would have been equally as good. The staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating and made us feel very welcome. I would highly recommend this company.

Small boat and not too fast navigation - Reasonable size boat that takes the time to sail not too fast. Comments in English easy to understand. All right.

Great thing to do - We wished we had done this tour the first day of our holiday in Valletta. It’s a fantastic way to understand the layout and locations of everything. It was comfortable and informative.

Not impressed with the "crew" - Happy with the tour, which was informative. The trip was on the boat named DEN. Not so impressed with attempting to get on the boat at arrival. 2 staff members chatting on board made no attempt to welcome us or even see how apprehensive we were with boarding. The swell was rocking the boat quite alarmingly at quayside and you had to gauge the moment to haul yourself onboard whilst trying to keep your balance. We are over 70 years of age and had to do this with no friendly assistance whatsoever. Even onboard there was no welcome of "hello" - just hands out to see our tickets. Same procedure on disembarking....no one to help make sure you got off safely. The main guy just stood in the middle of the "gangway" proffering his tips bowl. We didn't leave a tip. My tip now - be a bit more engaging when people need assistance.

Worth a shot - Most interesting cruise in the two bays surrounding Valletta. It’s a 90-minute tour and you have a chance to see the densely built bay area, the historical Valletta from the sea, the more industrial dockyards and the modern - and ugly - skyscrapers of Silema. As we took the cruise in January it wasn't crowded or too hot, but I guess it may get both in summer.

Fair tour, good view from the sea - Fair tour. Not exactly easy to find the boat but the tour is fine. Wonderful view from the sea and nice but short commentary on what we're seeing it.

Great cruise poor organisation. - We had great difficulty finding the boat we were booked to go on. There were no cruises leaving at 2pm and we eventually sailed at 12.15. The cruise was great once we sorted out the problem. It was a good job we arrived early to ascertain where we should go.

A terrible experience - The most difficult part was getting on the right boat. One of your salesmen when I showed my ticket directed me to the supreme experience boats opposite McDonalds. When I showed my ticket to them they said that is not with us. So I went back to the man who had directed me in the first place. He was busy. I showed my ticket which said Traditional Harbour Cruise to someone else. They said we don't know that company! Finally I went back to the email confirmation I received, not the ticket and in small letters I saw supreme experience. So we had to rush back to Mc Donald's, by that time we were running short of time. My husband is handicapped and cannot walk fast. The access prank had already gone up. We stumbled on board and all seats were taken. Nobody was willing to let my husband sit. I finally insisted thar somebody move and I sat on my handicapped chair. Very terrible organisation

Not the boat we booked but nice tour - We especially booked the tour with the smaller boat instead of one of the big boats, but it was anyway with a larger tourist boat which did not feel as genuine and nice. Unfortunately not very easy to hear and understand the guide. However, it is a nice tour to bring nice and exciting views!

Poor - Paid for a 90 min trip but it was just over an hour long. When I questioned it I was told it WAS 90 mins ,as if I'm not an adult capable of telling the time.
