A worthwhile tasting tour - The guided tasting tour is well-worth doing on a trip to Soller. It's really interesting to learn more about the process of making olive oil and to hear how this family is keeping the tradition alive in Majorca.

Personal guidance in the family business - A nice guided tour of the family business, with lots of information and delicious food at the end. Unfortunately, we missed the fresh oranges, but we prefer to come in July/August. Nevertheless, everyone was allowed to take an orange from the camp.

Quite a surprise & very interesting - Tomau& his partner were perfect hosts, he gave an interesting 20 minute introduction to the family home, a short educational video on Olive Oil production at Can Det followed by a tour of the Olive oil making facility (harvested & produced in Nov/Dec each year). Then we were invited to be seated and the opportunity to sample the Olive oil, Spanish meats & cheese, olives, bread & tomatoes, orange juice, red wine, almonds & almond cake all from Soller before finishing off with an opportunity to purchase - great value for money and 80 minutes well spent!

Grand house and hosts! - Very informative in genuine setting and with a treat for lunch. Absolutt worth the money but out of season for seeing the actual production process of olives to oil.

always happy. A highlight in Sòller. - We were able to take part in a very interesting guided tour. Much was explained and all questions answered. Finally, there was a tasting. It was also possible to purchase the in-house products. In addition to Spanish, German and English are spoken here.

Lovely experience - Our hostess Ann was very hospitable. Though it wasn’t olive processing season- she gave and tour of the last traditional harvesting methods on Mallorca. The best part honestly was the history of Mallorca/Soller. A small tasting after. Parking is tricky so give that plenty of time to figure out if you’re driving.
