• View point Kavranca - Book a cycling tour to ride along the canyon of the Kolpa River. Kostel stands about an hour outside of Ljubljana by the river Kolpa, which borders Croatia. We will ride electric bikes to the viewpoint of Kavranov stene with a wonderful view of the entire river Kolpa and the neighboring valleys. The cycling tour lasts 3-4 hours. On Kavran’s wall, you can also enjoy grilled food by prior arrangement.

Kolpa Canyon E-bike Tours provides e-bicycle rentals and guided tours around the Kolpa river valley. The e-bike adventure commences at the village of Colnarji, where participants are equipped with e-bikes, helmets, and a cup of coffee. Subsequently, we set off from Colnarji village, navigating along the Kolpa river towards the Čedenj village where a road ascension begins towards Lokvica village. Once at Lokvica, participants get the chance to behold two significant historical villas and a railway station. Following our visit to Lokvica, we proceed on our e-bike journey to our final stop, Viewpoint Kavranica, offering a panoramic view of the entire Kolpa river valley. Upon reaching Kavranica viewpoint, participants are treated with a barbecue, homemade apple juice, and a local dessert specialty named ‘Jabolčni štrudelj’.
