Great excursion for the price - Chris and his crew did a great job. Took us to 3 cenotes and even fed us. Lots of drinking, tequila shots, margaritas and 2 beers for $5. Personally we enjoyed seeing the bats in the cenote caves. As always, be prepared, water shoes, bug repellent, googles if wanted, sun screen, water and snacks.

Highly Recommend - Such an amazing time. Our guide was charismatic and made the adventure that much better. Although traveling to the cenotes was a little rough and scary for me, I'd still recommend it!

Fun in the Cenotes! - Chris helped me conquer my fear of jumping to into the water, and Enrique was there as the paparazzi! I had a great time and would highly recommend the cenotes adventure. We swam in a cave, jumped into the water from several platforms and got to jump in from a zipline. We also had a nice tequila class with Edgar where we were treated to several delicious tequilas. It was a half a day and was perfect timing for us!

Great Half Day Trip!! - We did 3 cenotes with tequila and tacos. We had a great afternoon and our guide, Chris, was awesome. It was just enough time, I can’t imagine doing an entire day - it was too hot and humid. Highly recommend and would return!! We bought some tequila after the tasting and got amazing photos from Enrique. Overall great experience and great price!

Prepare to get upsold. A lot. - The cenotes are great, but if you’re looking for a relaxed experience, this is not for you. The whole setup surrounding it is more of an adventure park where everyone constantly reminds you that tips are not included. We got constantly handed off to someone new so everyone could get the chance to ask for gratuities. You are herded through two different gift shops, before and after the tour. They are also trying to upsell you every step of the way which feels really exhausting. We sat through a meeting where the tour guide explained us what wording he would appreciate in the review and that we should add his name so he can become the best rated tour guide. The shuttle buses are pretty run down.

Taxi to/from or not at all - Chris and Rodrigo were awesome! We loved Chris’s professionalism and Rodrigo’s attention to details and love for animals. The tequila tasting is a bit of a joke - most of the tequila went to Francisco, the “Tequila Master” haha. His tasting glasses were always totally full and our were half way. Cenotes are incredible are such a welcome relief from the heat. The tacos and fire show were also just more of an upsell. The worst of it was probably the shuttle to and from. Last ones picked up are the first ones off. Good if it’s you but buckle up for 2+ hours if not. Lots of better ways to do this but they haven’t figured it out. Would recommend people taxi to/from which several groups did but don’t pay for it from this group. Overall, Chris and Rodrigo made it a 5/5 star experience but the rest of the company took this place down several stars. Would happily book elsewhere for similar experience where your time is more valued while on vacation.
