IMPORTANT: Confirm Pickup With Supplier When Booking With Viator - First time bungee jumping and couldn’t be more thrilled with the experience, the staff at AJ Hackett were extremely friendly and customer service was next to none. We did have issues to begin with when our pickup didn’t arrive. Viator only supplied us with information that stated we’d be picked up at the hotel we were staying at at the time we selected, however after calling AJ Hackett when we waited 15 minutes after the allocated time we found out that they run scheduled times which isn’t stated in Viators information nor was there anything noted about calling them 24-48 hours before your booking to confirm pick up. So I hope this review can help any others booking through Viator. Thankfully this was quickly rectified by the staff at AJ Hackett and we were picked up 10 minutes later. Outside of that absolute 10/10 experience and would definitely come back!

Above and beyond service! - The staff were friendly and eager to help. They made the whole process quick and enjoyable. They even accommodated extra activities that weren't pre-booked. They were also willing to help with local lunch venue recommendations.

Amazing Experience 👏 - I had the most amazing time doing the bungee jump and giant swing! From start to finish, everything was so well organised and fun. The team made me feel safe and confident, especially when my nerves kicked in before the jump — they were super encouraging and friendly! A special shoutout to our driver(Mina😇), who went above and beyond. Not only did she make the ride there enjoyable with great energy and humour, but she also shared the best local tips and recommendations for places to visit around the area. You could tell she genuinely cared about making the day special. The jump itself was absolutely thrilling and unforgettable — pure adrenaline and joy all at once! I walked away with so much confidence and can’t stop smiling when I think about it. I still can't believe i did that! I highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting the area. first time bungee jumping - That was my first time bungee jumping, and it was such an amazing experience! Honestly, this has been the best activity I've done in Cairns. I heard this is the only place in Australia where you can bungee jump, so it's a must-try for everyone! 😊

Life-changing? - Maybe this is not for the bungee-pro since the drop is "only" 50m. But for me as a beginner this was an absolutely fantastic day in a scenic and extraordinarily beautiful location. I booked the unlimited package, took two swings and climbed the many stairs of that tower six times to throw myself off it, till I couldn't walk anymore. Staff seemed very professional and friendly, making me feel safe and at ease, and they helped me try different things. Jumping was exhilarating fun and their video techniques seemed fascinating and quite superior, so I ended up actually buying one of the overpriced vids ($69). Don't regret that, however, though I still think it should be cheaper. And to be honest, I might do it all again before leaving Cairns.

Bungy Jumping - The views were amazing. The driver that picked me up an delivered me home again was terrific. The staff were very easy to get along with and the experience of the jump was incredible in the most peaceful and serene surroundings. Fantastic experience all round!!!

Disabled or not, you can jump!! - Skypark was amazing. My husband who has a lower right leg amputation has wanted to bungee jump for years. They are an all inclusive abilities park. They even jump People who are in wheel chairs. The staff were amazing, the place was picturesque. They went above and beyond beyond to make his bungee jump experience awesome. Absolutely 5 stars from us

Great place to visit with adrenaline seeking teens! - Skypark was the adventure of choice for one of my teens on our recent trip to Cairns. We arrived to find ample parking despite it being peak school holiday times. Upon arrival, there was somewhat of a wait as each group has waivers to be checked and weigh ins for the activities. I did feel that pre-booking for a time slot really didn’t benefit us at all, we still needed to queue at reception and were queued for quite a while at the activities behind others who’d just walked in on the day, which then created a bit of a crossover of our allocated activity times. Our group of five all bungy jumped and did the giant swing. Both activities had great staff who were equal parts fun, competent and patient, making us feel reassured and safe. The giant swing was so fast and it was a good one to start on, especially being able to be in our groups of two and three. The bungy jump was a huge adrenaline rush which kicks in when you’re about half way walking up the tower and realise how much higher up the top you will be jumping from! The set up at the venue is great with multiple places to sit and watch all the action. We had a glitch with one of our recordings being wrong but after one call to staff, I had the correct media sent out to me with no issues. It is pretty cool to see the purchased media files to see our reactions as first timers! All in all, very cool activities at a beautiful location, helpful staff, bathrooms & a good range of refreshments to choose from. Definitely worth a visit!
