The Ginga Tropical concert, a vibrant dance and music extravaganza, takes audiences on a journey through Brazil. This lively and engaging concert has been delighting audiences for eleven years. It begins with a samba class, as the journey starts in Rio de Janeiro, the land of carnival, soccer, and a warm welcome to travelers.

As the starting bell rings, the drums begin to play, and the curtains rise, the first stop is the North of the country, Amazonia, continuing until reaching the iconic Pampas Gaucho. The richness, diversity, and creativity of Brazilian culture are sure to amaze.

The goal is for each audience member to leave the theater inspired to explore the “Bull of Parintins,” the “Frevo” from Pernambuco, the vibrant colors of Pará and its “Carimbo,” or perhaps decide to take a “Xaxado dance” class while visiting the country.
