• Hang Gliding Rio de Janeiro - From the meeting point we go to the hang gliding association’s office at the same location to make a registration for the flight and then we drive up to the take-off point at Pedra Bonita/Tijuca Forest National Park.
  At the take-off point while the hang glider is assembled by our assistants, we get dressed with the harness and helmet, we practice the take-off, landing and other flight procedures, we make an inspection on the equipment and we will be ready to take-off and fly.

With a highly-experienced instructor, you’ll glide over the dense tropical foliage of the Tijuca Forest National Park, the São Conrado neighborhood and the glistening Atlantic Ocean with its breaking waves, before landing on the golden sands of São Conrado Beach.
