Special day! - Sensational! We went to Matria on Saturday (11/01), we didn't have to wait and soon our guide arrived to do the guided tour (we bought both tour and picnic in advance). The tour was incredible thanks to our guide Umberto, who was very requested, took photos, harvested plantings and explained to us about the flowers. At the end of the tour Umberto had requested that Naomi (perfect tb) make a bouquet for me, beautiful that I loved too much!!! Then, during the picnic that is great and can be done anywhere in the park, I was asked in engagement, so the day in Matria was very special. We told Umberto and Naomi that they vibrated with us <3 We were also introduced to the founder of Matria, extremely dear and attentive. Anyway, go without fear, my engagement request was only so special because of the attention we received from the Matria team, success!

Electric cart ride - I've been to walk before. But this time we got a cart. With driver that tbm was a guide (osru name was Marciano). It was even more legal! He stopped at several points for us to take photos and gave various information about the plants and the park! In qqr station very well worth walking in the Matria!

MARAVILHOSE EXPERIENCY with excellent service, from the booking! - What an amazing place!!! I loved everything, starting with the super attention of Juniara, the person in charge of the reservation center. She helped me by answering all my questions with a patience and sympathy that I only saw in a few places!!! Super professional! I am a psychologist, resident at RJ and I will definitely come back! OBS: I prefer not to add photos because it was a work trip.

Beautiful and unforgettable flower park - It was our third visit to the park. Better and better and more beautiful. Super well cared for, excellent service, beautiful slums, restaurant on the lake very good. At the reception we were provided a place to store our bicycles with super security which surprised us. We are cyclists and we like to make routes visiting places q surprise. Sometimes we don't get this attention with our bikes. (We already had bad experience on this question at @skyglasscanela)

Celebrating the anniversary in Matria. - I chose Matria to spend my birthday with my parents. We went on a weekday and the place was super quiet to walk, sit in the corners and also take pictures. The park is beautiful, lush vegetation, clean bathrooms, everything very organized, clean and well cared for in general. On the date we were many flowers were not yet bloomed, but it is beautiful as well. We did all the routes of the park walking and it was super quiet.

Nice place, with problems in reception - I did the guided tour with the wesley and it was excellent. The reason for the note is for the reception before entering the park. The service is dry, the attendants don't seem to make this objection that the visitor enters the park. There is no description in any panel of the values of tickets and optional. When asked about prices of electric bike rental etc (to know if it compensated in relation to the guided tour), I was informed that only in front, along with the cataract. I went to the site, there is also no sign with the prices, and after asking, I returned to the reception to purchase the guided tour. However, there was only vacancy in 30 minutes, because at that time I went to the catraca to know the prices of the other optional (since the reception did not have), another group bought the guided tour. When purchasing, it was charged 100,00 per person, and 5 minutes before it was passed price of 80,00. The value is not fixed? What criterion is used? The place is beautiful, worth the visit, but needs improvements in the sales counter, especially a plaque/panel with the values of the ticket and the optional ones.
