- Rua Círio da Arrábida - This experience lasts about 4 hours, where along its approximately 700 meters of extension we will go over several natural obstacles, such as cliffs or confined spaces, where we will have to make several descents in rappel that vary between 10 and 30 meters, walk along little-known trails, climb using the handrail climbing…
- Rua Círio da Arrábida - This experience lasts about 4 hours, where along its approximately 700 meters of extension we will go over several natural obstacles, such as cliffs or confined spaces, where we will have to make several descents in rappel that vary between 10 and 30 meters, walk along little-known trails, climb using the handrail climbing technique with about 100 meters in length, cross confined areas (grotto) or even climb a rocky wall in the style of Via Ferrata.

Adventure Circuit 14.04.2024 - We loved the adventure circuit..we were accompanied by Rui and it was super fun..the route is beautiful and Rui gave us a lot of security...we were 7 adults and 3 children (from 8, 9 and 12 years)...for those who like adventure and contact with nature..I highly recommend!

Excellent experience - My wife and I did the Arrabida adventure circuit on our trip to Portugal. Duration was a few hours in the afternoon. We had great weather (albeit a bit cool in places) and the climb/hikes were amazing. Guides were professional and briefed us on safety (we were fortunate for it to only two of us in the whole group).
Definitely would recommend this experience to anyone who wants to try something a bit different and experience some great views of the surrounding area!

Adventure and incredible landscapes - Excellent experience, moments that will remain in your memory, due to the challenges overcome and the incredible natural landscape.
Very well put together circular circuit in which we start with a rappel descent and increase the degree of difficulty, ending the adventure after a challenging passage through a cave.
Marco was an excellent guide, always very attentive to ensuring that we complied with all safety procedures and always in a very good mood.
Very good value for money as, in addition to the guide, all safety equipment was provided.

Adventure Circuit for a day away from the office - We hired Discover The Nature to provide a different afternoon for one of our teams and the feedback couldn't have been better! The 10 members who participated really enjoyed the set of activities and say they were challenged and motivated by the team that accompanied them. They did the Adventure Circuit with and between hiking, climbing, abseiling and caving and expectations were exceeded!

Hiking Cabo - It is an enriching experience, offering the opportunity to get to know the Cabo Espichel area a little better and even discovering some unknown places in the area, such as the existence of the Baralha Fort.
