Unique Bulgarian wines - It was great to have a nearly private wine tasting with only 3 people. Kalin provided great insights into the history of Bulgarian wines and how it changed from mass production in the Soviet area towards lower volumes and higher qualities today. The wine tasting consisted of some unique wines from the region and focused on less common styles including an „orange“ wine, i.e. a white wine made in the style of a red wine. The local cheese fitted very well and it was plenty for the three of us. I highly recommend the tasting.

A group of nice friends, a cozy place, a warm host and some really good wine - there is nothing more I can ask for :) - We had a fantastic evening at Tempus Vini Wine Port, where our host, Kalin, made us feel like the most welcomed guests. He took us on a fascinating journey through the history of Bulgarian wines, while we enjoyed exceptional wine selections paired with delicious appetizers—so good they were worth skipping dinner for! It was truly a memorable experience, and I would gladly do it all over again.

Some of the best wines of my life - My partner and I went to Tempus Vini during our weekend stay in Sofia to try local wines. Saying that it was a wonderful experience would be an understatement! Kalin, the owner, was very professional, competent and passionate. He explained us about the history of bulgarian wine and the wines he selected for the tasting were all full of flavour. Trying to describe them would just take too long and not give them the right honour. Besides, they all came from small producers: additional value to this tasting, promoting also local economy and culture.

Just amazing - I'm from Italy and I had an amazing tasting experience. Kalin is very professional and he knows many things about local wines and cheese. He's not proposing only commercial things, but also some direct local colaborations. Wines and cheeses were just fantastic, but I cannot describe it: you just need to try it for yourself.

Must-see activity in Sofia - We spent a very pleasant hour with Kalim, He is a perfect understander of Bulgarian wines and knows without a doubt how to deal with his clientele. I called the store directly because the booking on Booking was not confirmed, quickly answered and proposed to enjoy the experience paying directly on site. During the hour of tasting, Kalim knows how to handle the times: he informs you about the type of wine and vineyard in Bulgaria and proposes 5 wines (it is difficult to choose which is the best). It also knows how to mark the times to allow customers to enjoy, allows us time to taste, taste the cheeses that accompany the wine and leaves room for customers to talk with each other. An hour that passes in a second! if you go to Sofia it is a must stop!!!

5 stars - Great experience with Kalin. Went together with a few friends and it was such a lovely place with an amazing selection of wines and cheeses to try from. We even ended up buying a few bottles to be shipped home at the end.

Highlight of Sofia trip - Kalim was very knowledgeable about the Bulgarian wine. We had tastings of five different wines that were paired with various cheeses from the country. We had a great time with the other people from around the world. A highlight of our trip in Sofia!

Nice place. - We went to the wine tasting. We were able to taste five wines, and as it is with all wine tastings, some were good, others were just ok. The host was very good and the platter with cheeses was excellent. There is just one thing that I think should be said when booking the wine tasting (maybe it is but I never saw it). 3 of the wines you are going to try, the owner of the shop is involved in them, so you try 2 wines from third parties and 3 wines in which the owner of the shop has a stake in. That is not to say the wines are bad, it is just something that would have been good to know in advance.
