Our journey will commence at the doorstep of Alexander Nevsky Cathedral - a predominant Orthodox cathedral in Eastern Europe and a crucial landmark in Bulgaria’s capital. As the group assembles, we’ll devote some time to mingle and allow everyone a brief opportunity to explore the cathedral and capture some photos before embarking on the Art Tour. Subsequently, I’ll guide you to a unique underground crypt - a museum dedicated to Bulgarian iconography. Our next stop will be the National Gallery, housed inside another historical cultural monument - the King’s Palace. From there, we’ll move to Sofia City Art Gallery, followed by a visit to a recently inaugurated contemporary art exhibit - the Nova Art Space. Next, we’ll traverse past the Presidency and step into the tunnels housing the Ancient Serdika Complex. We conclude our artistic expedition at a clandestine private gallery, where every participant will be offered a complimentary drink - a choice of wine, beer or water.
