Full day in Rila Monastry and 7 lakes - It was a great tour. We were picked up at 9 - just as they said in advance. We were a very small group so it was very comfortable - 6 people. The evening before they sent us all important information on Whatsup. The driver was also the guide. He spoke perfect English and was a great driver. We started in Rila - where he explained us about the monastery. Then we had some free time. Then we went to the 7 lakes. There we had enough time to hike and to enjoy the beautiful nature. Then he took us back to Sofia. Was a beautiful tour with a very nice driver/guide.

Great tours - I took the 2 day tours as I found they encompassed the most exciting places to see in Bulgaria (also quite close to Sofia) and I wasn't dissapointed. Plovdiv Old Town is a quaint picturesque city and the people giving the tour are really knowleadgeable and fun, whereas the Bachkovo monastery is also not to be missed. The second tour is the highlight, I would say, as the Rila monastery is a treasure in itself (expect big crowds in summer, of course) and the trek at the Rila lakes is breathtaking (literally). I would highly recommend this tour.

Great tours and company! - We booked two days tour The Best of Bulgaria. First day we went to Rila Monastery and 7 Rila Lakes. Both places are beautiful, but scenery of nature around 7 Lakes just breathtaking! It is hiking tour so make sure you ready for it :) Second day we visited Plovdiv and Bachkovo Monastery. Great day as well! Really happy with this tours package and highly recommend this company!
