So Good! - Exceptional. If you don’t go, you’re travelling Bulgaria wrong :). It’s charming but not touristy. So many understated highlights. 200 year old Turkish coffee shop for example. It’s really excellent overall.

Day trip to Plovdiv on my first visit to Bulgaria. Perfect for new visitors. - Excellent guide who is well-prepared, friendly and multilingual. Tuni made us feel welcome abd provided interesting information all day as we made our way to Plovdiv and back. The day was full of interesting sights. Amazing tour - thank you Tuni - Amazing tour and great tourgouide. All worked well and we simply had a good time with Tuni. Reccomandable a lot. The drive takes some time (2 hours each dir.) but that's clear from the beginning and we did breaks. Would do it definitely again.

Plovdiv, what a pleasant surprise! - We had a wonderful day visiting Plovdiv with Simon. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating. We really appreciated that he taken the time to pre-order a 3-course lunch for those who wanted it, at a charming restaurant in Plovdiv so that we could try Bulgarian dishes, all of which we thoroughly enjoyed. The poor quality PA system on the bus made it difficult to understand Simon, (even for a native English speaker like myself), and in the morning we left Sophia 15 minutes late due to a 'miscommunication'. However, once we were underway, Simon did his best to make our day an enjoyable one. We will definitely visit Plovdiv again to visit more of the city and its museums.

Great city. Poor guide. - Coming from sofia, I absolutely loved Plovdiv and the sites we saw on this tour. However, I thought the quality of our tour guide was poor. Tuni (our guide) was constantly stopping for cigaratte breaks and he didnt seem like he had all of his facts straight. There were times when wasnt responsive to questions or was arrogant in his responses. The tour also stalled a lot while we waited for people. He wasn't good at keeping us on schedule, so we had less time for free time and ended up leaving later. Overall, it was a good experience, just not the best guide.

Nice, but maybe better go with another company - plovdiv visit was nice, but the way go and back wasnt pleasent, it was hot in the mini van and i asked again and again from the driver to increase the air condition, he did sometimes but after lower it and i needed to ask again. I had aome points i sweat in tge van and it was very uncomfrtabll. The guidecon the tour also wasnt so knowlage and excited, but it thecend the city itself is nice the old and new, so worth a visit and worth the transfer price, just check before about the air condition in the car so you wont suffer as i did.

Nice city to explore but too little time given - We had 2 toilet stops during the 1.5-2h journey which was unnecessary and ate into our allocated free time in Plovdiv. The tour details stated we will be given 4 hours free time to explore, but in the end we were only given 2hour 45mins to 3 hours. It was very rush and we didn’t get to explore most places. It was not a very good trip for us.
