Great service! - Our flight got in 30 minutes early so I was worries we would have to wait but our driver was there when we left customs and said they had tracked my flight and knew we were early. It was a short drive to the hotel but our driver was friendly and pointed out significant buildings and points of interest. Great service!

Terrific Ending to a Disappointing Day - My flight was delayed two times, we landed at 2 am in Sofie and I had a WhatsApp message from the driver that he was there. Imagine after 24 hours of delays and missed flights, it was a welcome relief to hear from the driver and get to my hotel smoothly. Thanks.

Great airport transfer service - Highly recommend! Our driver Pavlina was punctual and very friendly. Her transfer service made all the difference after a long 12 hour flight. She dropped us off right in front of our rental unit and helped us with the luggage.

Late pickup but we got there - When we arrived, there was no record of our transfer. We had to contact Viator who contacted their vendor to see if they could find a ride for us. The vendor was able to get us a ride. It was 50 minutes past our time we had agreed. It was made right, but for people who are visiting a country for the first time and don’t speak the language, it was a little unsettling. We did arrive at our hotel safe.
